Chapter 12

DANIS POV
I'm  going to school today. Lana signed up as an exchange student even though she's not foreign. "Lana!" I shouted to her. "Coming." She replied as she trampled downstairs .
We walked to the bus stop and caught the bus. I met everyone at the gate but not Logan. Its going to be awkward. " Hi guys!! " I screamed as I was bombarded with hugs and are you okays. " this is Lana my childhood best friend." I introduced. We all made our way to the girls toilet and looked in the mirrors I pulled my skirt up more and applied more pink lipstick. "Dani?" A familiar voice said. Logan. " what?" I said abruptly "can we talk ?" He asked. "Sure go on." I replied. "I mean in private ." he coughed. I huffed and ushered the girls out of the toilet. " sorry." He stated. " you mean the world to me I will never do anything to hurt you again." I don't know what came over me I broke down in tears. "Dani, I didn't mean to upset you don't cry babe " he cooed gently rubbing my back. " no , get out, GET OUT OF MY LIFE YOU ARE THE ONE  THAT FUCKED IT ALL UP!" I screamed.

I left and grabbed lanas arm, I rushed to the principals office, "sir, I'm still not feeling to good from what happened , please may me and Lana be excused for today ?" I pleaded. "Um, very well Miss Horan hope you feel better" He said handing us a note for excusing us .
"Where are we going babe?" I asked Dani . "To Starbucks " I replied. "Babe , you know you can tell me anything right?" I said to her "yeah of course , but I feel as if it's all to much for me " she said as tears began to run down her cheeks. I pulled her in for a hug " shhh , it's okay I understand ." Lana said to me . I am thankful for her. " Thank you babe " I said to her wiping my eyes .

We arrived at Starbucks and  I ordered a caramel frappé  and hot chocolate for Lana. As I walked towards the table I tripped over and a boy from the table near grabbed me and lifted me back up . " you okay there?" He said. "Yeah , thank you for saving me , my name is Dani and this is my friend Lana I said gesturing to Lana. " nice to meet you I'm Ashton and these are my friends Michael, Calum and Luke."  He introduced ." Please to meet you " his friends chorused the laughed. " sit with us?" Ashton asked and I nodded calling Lana over. " lans , this is Ashton , Calum , Luke and Michael." I said  she flashed them a smile and sat next to Michael.  " so where you off to ??"  Ashton asked turning his attention to me . " well there's a bit of drama bee going on lately and so I left school for today ." I told him.  "Wanna talk about it " he asked. " not in front of everyone" I said. " text me later?" He said handing me a piece of paper with his phone number on it . "Sure" I smiled. "Plans for the rest of the day ?" He said. "Don't really know " I said to him . "Fancy coming around to my place with the boys and your friend can come aswell" He asked. I looked at Lana and she nodded. "Sure" I answered. We finished our drinks and we climbed into Calums car . It was a 7 seater so me and Ashton sat in the back. "So how old are you" I asked him "I'm 17 and you ?" He asked. "16" I answered and he smiled .
