I like the view right now

.

Chan was sitting next to Stay. Both were looking at the clouds trying to make out the figures. They had decided to go on a picnic, but Hyunjin had forgotten to bring the food so he and Seungmin went back to get the baskets.

"Chan?"

"Yes?"

"The view is nice, how did you find this place?" Stay asked looking at Chan.

"I didn't," Chan smiled.

"An old friend did,"

"Manso?"

"Yeah,"

"No, Chan look," Stay said, pointing at a man.

Chan got up in surprise.

It was Manso!

He ran towards his friend forgetting about gravity. He tackles down his best friend in a hug. Manso hugged him back. The two were crying and smiling. Chan kissed Manso's forehead and so did Manso.

"How 's my little brother?" Manso asked, wiping Chan's tears away. Getting up and putting his hand out for Chan who accepted it, getting up.

"Hyung..." Chan said, holding his hand.

"I missed you,"

"Of course you did, I'm amazing," Manso said with a shit-eating grin on his face.

Chan hugged him once more.

"You are."

"How'd you end up coming here?" Chan asked.

"I always come here, to smoke cigarettes,"

"Hyung, that's bad."

"I know I'm just kidding, I come here every once in a while hoping you'd be here one day," Manso replied waving it off as if it were no big deal. Chan's eyes widened in surprise but he felt so warm. He grinned.

"I was afraid you'd be lonely but.." Manso teased looking at the 8 members behind Chan.

"I'd like to introduce you to your other brothers then," Chan smiled.

"Chris I swear to God if it's imaginary Gary--"

"Meet Stray kids,"

Hyunjin, who had just arrived and looked like a hot mess. Hot but still a mess. Seungmin looked up from the baskets he was carrying, squinting his eyes to see who Chan was talking to. After putting the basket in place they both went to talk to him and see if Chan had got himself into trouble. When they were clear that nothing was wrong and had exchanged names they went to set up again forcing the others to do so as well.

Felix was beside Chan holding his hand as he was talking to Manso.

Jisung and Minho had met Manso for a bit, insisting on joining them for dinner. Even though Jeongin was shy Changbin dared him to say hi to Manso.

The 10 of them ate, it was chaotic but not even for one moment had they felt alone as they did before.

"I'm so proud of you," Manso whispered underneath his breath as he watched how comfortable Chan was with the others. Chan didn't hear over all the laughter.

People grow,

people change,

some stay the same,

some don't,

but don't stop smiling,

don't stop laughing,

don't stop dancing, singing, drawing, and doing what you love,

don't stop, because it's all too meaningful.

It's okay to be sad,

it's ok to be mad,

it's okay to be happy,

afraid, overwhelmed, shy, anything or nothing at all.

but please don't let any of those emotions change who you are.

there's so such thing as age,

be childish when you can,

be happy when you want,

be as petty as feel the need to be,

cry your heart out but never cry for the same reason again,

laugh as loud as you want,

dance all you want until you are too tired to do so,

check yourself out as much as you want,

talk however you want,

walk however you want,

you only live your life once after all, and it's up to you what you want to do with it.

Don't regret it.

-Sincerely STAY
