FIRST LOVE

CONFESSION

It was a normal day between the Straw Hats. Luffy wasn't present at the moment since he had to help his Uncle Shanks

"Guys" Zoro called them to get their attention

"What is it, Zoro?" Chopper asked

"I'm gonna confess to Luffy today" he announced

"Oh. You're gonna confess to Luffy" Usopp shrugged

"Hmm... So, you're gonna confess to Luffy" Nami repeated again

"The shitty marimo is gonna confess to Luffy-" Sanji realized what he said and so was everyone

"EEHHHH!???"

"That's suuuupppeeerrr manly of you, Zoro!" Franky applauded him

"Yohohohoho! Good luck, Zoro-san"

"When are you gonna do it?" Robin asked

"After class" he replied

"Omg! This is big news! I'm gonna tell his brothers!" Nami squealed

"They already know" he said

"What?"

"I got Ace's permission yesterday. Luffy's brothers already accepted me to the family" he proudly stated

"HUUUHHHHH!?" Sanji stood up and called Ace to confirm his words

Everyone waited patiently for Sanji to return and confirm it. He hang up and went back to the circle

"What he said was the truth" he confirmed

"Holy moly! You've got some guts, Zoro!" Usopp yelled in excitement

"But will Luffy accept your feelings?" Sanji smirked

Everyone went quiet and the moss head displayed a sad look

"Sanji" Nami looked at him

"I'm sorry, Nami-swwaaan!"

"Everyone! Look at what I got!" Luffy appeared and showed off the ice cream that he got from his uncle

"I see. Your uncle is spoiling you again. I'm gonna report this to Sabo" Nami grinned

"No! Please Namiii~" He pleaded as he pouted cutely. He didn't want his favourite uncle to be scolded

"Fine"

"Luffy, did you know that someone is gonna confess to you later-" Sanji's sentence was cut off as Ussop covered his mouth

"Confess?" He repeated

"Nothing! Don't mind him, Luffy" Zoro panicked and glared at the blonde man

"Let's go back to class, Luffy" Robin said and he followed obediently

"You and your shitty swirly eyebrows!" Zoro insulted him

"What did you say you shitty moss head!?"

"Stop bickering already" the love cook instantly obliged

Zoro was already waiting on the rooftop. He was nervous as hell and his heart was ready to come out any moment

Meanwhile...

"What's this?" A letter was placed in his locker. His friends surrounded him and urged him to open it

Meet me at the rooftop

"Who could this be?" Chopper asked curiously. He was the only one who didn't get the message

"It's Zoro" Nami told him quietly

"Eh?" He was shocked but composed himself afterwards

"You can go without me, everyone" he ran upstairs and everyone wished the moss head 'good luck'

Luffy arrived at the rooftop and opened the door. A cold breeze welcomed him and saw Zoro standing near the railings

"Zoro!" He called his name and he looked back. He ran towards him and smiled widely

"What did you need me for?"

"Uh- The thing is... I wanted to tell you something" he scratched his nape because he forgot everything he practised

"What is it, Zoro?"

"Uhh... I'm participating in the kendo competition. I'm fighting Mihawk from the neighbouring school" he started smoothly

"Really!? That's great, Zoro! I'll come and watch" he happily said

"Before that..." he faced Luffy

"Hm?"

"I love you" he confessed

"Huh?" He was caught off guard

"I really love you, Luffy. There's no one in this world that I love more than you. So, please allow me to make you the happiest person alive."

"After my fight with Mihawk, tell me your answer" he finished his confession with a glowing red enveloping his cheeks

He saw how Luffy's cheeks were also adorned with a red glow. He looked so perfect in his eyes

"I'll tell you my answer after your fight. So do your best, Zoro. I'll be cheering for you" he smiled widely while still blushing. The moss head smiled fondly and ruffled his hair

"Shall we head home now?" He asked the smaller boy and he nodded

"Abort! Abort! They're coming this way!" Usopp alarmed everyone and they ran downstairs. They were eavesdropping to the moss head's confession and they were squealing in a hushed tone

"Someday, I'll confess my love for my Nami-san" Sanji declared

"You always confess but gets rejected in return" Usopp laughed but stopped when the swirly brows eyed him with fire in his eyes

(Dayum! That's my boy! Go get your man Zoro! JAAAAAAYYYYY OUT!)
