Your heart dropped at his words. 'I've been in a coma!?' You screamed in your head. So many questions filled your mind to the brim but right now you only needed the answer to two of them.
"Umm sir how long have I been in a coma and is my brother alright!?" You quickly asked. The doctor sat something down next to you before letting out a small laugh.
"Just woke up and you already have a lot of questions" he snickered. "But don't worry I'll answer them all" he said reassuringly. "Your brother is Ken Ryuguji yes?" He asked. "Yes sir he is" you quickly answered him.
"He's fine don't worry. He did fall into cardiac arrest and was close to death when we found him but he's alright and was actually released yesterday morning" the doctor told you. "As for you you've only been in a coma for about 5 days now so it hasn't been long. Not much around the world has changed"
At that you started to relax. Knowing that it's not even been a week and Draken is alright made you calm down a lot. "When can I take the fabric covering my eyes off?" You aksed.
"Tomorrow we will take off one layer to get you used to seeing light again" the doctor said. "As of now do you remember what happened to you?" He asked.
"Umm I remember guys coming at me and my friends and I tried to stop them but I was stabbed in the process" you answered. You could remember everything just fine.
"Good. It seems you can still remember everything yes?" He continued to question you. You hummed yes as a response.
"Has anyone come to visit me?" You wondered. "Yes. Your brother Ken Ryuguji has been in and out of here multiple times even though we told him he need to go home and rest since he just got out himself" the doctor laughed out.
"Other than them a few other have visited. Two girls and a guy. The guys said his name was Manjiro and the girls were Emma and Hinata if I remember correctly" he finished telling you.
"Umm can you tell me how many times Manjiro has visited me?" You asked. You didn't know why but knowing that he came made something in your chest tug at your heart.
