"Here you go."

His stunning green eyes rose in to take a sight of an enthralling feminine figure bringing the beauty of the New York city to shame.

Startling Beautiful.

Her left hand held the cell phone pressed against her hijab cladded ear revealing the ornaments she wore on her left wrist while her right hand patiently held out his elbow crutch.

His Crutch.

Mentally cursing himself for gaping at her frowned expression, nonetheless he passed a polite grateful smile taking over the crutch. "Thank You."

The busiest subway station of New York was alive with the sound of trains rushing by one another as the doors breathed the passengers in and out.

She came over to the other side of the bench where he was seated, and made a comfortable position to sit for herself.

"Yeah, Mum....Okay... I'm getting the local subway... Ugh! I'll talk to you later when I'll be home-No, I'm not bringing any of your sweet items! Allah Hafiz!"

She hung up the call muttering something under her breath which was clear enough for him to let out a deep chuckle with his glistening green eyes still on the moving cabins.

A frown again adorned her face as she turned her head sideways and laid her curious brown fleeks hazel orbs to observe the cause of his fluttering heart chuckle whilst he, with a lopsided smiled shook his head.

What was it that made him chuckle? Sure it wasn't her cranky urdu accent, was it?

"What, are you snickering over, Stranger?" She thought she sounded demanding as it should when she finally enquired, to which he turned his head to meet her eyes.

"Yours 'Mai Hi Pagal Hu' statement." (I'm the one who's crazy.)

"That made you laugh?"

"Uh-No it's just reminded me of someone.."

She narrowed her mesmerizing eyes at him for a moment however nodded and sat as before, playing with her phone as she looked over to the digital timings board.

Her subway ride was three minutes away, quickly ushering her belongings which was only her backpack, she stood all ready to jump in the train knowing the crowd might eat her alive.

She peered over her shoulder only to witness him distressingly grabbing his crutches to hold upright his broken bones, a part of her wanted to help him instead, and she did so.
