Chapter Six - Piper - Drama Everywhere You Look

"It seems Calypso forgave Leo." Jason said, pointing to Reyna's room where moaning and other noises came from through the annoyingly thin walls. Piper couldn't be mad though, she and Jason had annoyed the others of the crew with...noises like that. Piper cringed which earned a chuckle from her moody boyfriend. She wanted to tell him to man up but that would probably just make him angry.

Piper got up and headed for Reyna's room and opened the door without knocking to find Leo kissing Calypso's neck with both of their shirts off. Calypso shrieked and covered herself and Leo rolled his eyes at Piper. Piper shook her head at the seventeen year old Leo with a disappointed look. "Have a little respect and not have sex in Reyna's room, okay?"

Calypso, blushing a deep red, slipped on her shirt and walked into Leo's room quietly. "You don't know that we were going to have sex." Leo smirked. He was still out of breath and grinning.

"Whatever, well if you are remember to use protection." She took a condom out of her back pocket and tossed it to him.

Leo caught it and nodded to her in appreciation. Piper was about to walk out when Leo stopped her with a question. "Do you always have a condom in your pocket?"

"A good Aphrodite girl is always prepared." she winked at him and closed the door.

She walked back into Jason's room to find him watching TV. "What did you say to them?" He asked her.

"What needed to be said." she shrugged. He didn't ask anymore and she appreciated that. She wasn't feeling all that talkative.

Jason was lying on his bed staring up at the ceiling. He looked peaceful and calm. Piper didn't want to disturb that. "I'm gonna head to the kitchen want anything?" She asked, knowing he wasn't hungry but she wanted to be polite and ask.

"No thanks, you go." He said. Piper left and closed the door quietly. On her way to the kitchen she passed Leo's room where Calypso and Leo were. They took her advice and took their sex elsewhere. Enough said.

She lay on her back in one of the plush love seats (fit for two), turned on the TV and tore open a bag of Cheetos. They were unhealthy for her but at this she didn't really care. She surfed through the various channels and stopped on Disney Channel. Hopefully, that would help lift her mood.

The sound of the opened caused Piper to turn around to see a giddy looking Percy. Piper rolled her eyes at him in annoyance. "Let me guess, you and Annabeth just had a make out session too? Is that why you're so happy?"

"Uh, no." he said bluntly. "I just came to steal Leo's fonzies while he's gettin' it in with Calypso." he said, pulling a Leo's bag of fonzies from the mini fridge.

"Mind if I join you?" He asked, sticking an entire fonzie in his mouth as if it were nothing. Piper faked gaged and followed it with a laugh. Since the end of the War Piper and Percy had gotten closer friendship wise to the point where they would exchange snarky comments and have Netflix marathons together.

"Nope. I'm watching some odd cartoon...Disney Channel just keeps getting worse and worse..." Piper sighed.

Piper lifted up her feet so he could sit next to her and then lay her feet on his lap once he sat down. He didn't seem to mind.

"You know if you keep eating those you'll be a fat as Mr. D with his hairy potbelly." she giggled.

"Well, I'm way-y-y hotter than Mr. D soooo I would make it work." he shot back.

"Yeah, you know who would totally love that? Reyna." she replied.

"Let's not talk about Reyna right now." Percy said staring up at the television blankly although it was on commercials at the moment.

"Why not?" Piper asked.

"I don't really want to talk about it, Pipes." Percy sighed. This caused Piper to sit up.

"Need a hug?" She opened her arms.

"Sure..." he smiled sadly at her. Where had the happy and giddy Percy she'd seen a few moments ago? He embraced her and lay his head on her shoulders. He smelled of the the sea which made sense considering he was the son of the sea god. His body was incredibly warm and his stomach gurgled from all those unhealthy fonzies he had stuffed his face with.

"You can tell me what's wrong..." she whispered. He pulled away. She realized he was crying. Poor Percy, she had no idea what he was going through but he could trust with any secret.

Percy sniffed. He couldn't look at me. His head was in his hands. He was shaking head like crazy as if there were voices in his head telling him orders and he just kept refusing. "I...I really messed up, Pipes."

"How?"

Percy looked up at Piper. His eyes were red and his cheeks were glistening. Piper hadn't seen him cry like that since Leo's funeral (when he was really at Ogygia taking Calypso home). He didn't have to tell her but Piper knew that Percy had trusted her.

"I kissed Reyna." he said angrily and threw a fonzie at the wall. It splattered everywhere and Percy broke into sobs. He seemed that he was so angry with himself. "I-I didn't mean for it to happen but we were just alone together training and one thing led to another and I kissed her. She kissed me back. We both knew it was wrong. I'm so stupid, Piper. I love Annabeth and I love Reyna and now Reyna's gone and I just can't lie to Annabeth anymore. It's killing me."

Piper was at a loss for words. Percy could never cheat on Annabeth, she's the love of his life and Reyna has more self respect than that. Piper had a mix of emotions but none of them were anger. She more surprised than anything.

Percy gave her a pleading look. "Promise me you won't tell any one. If Annabeth finds out, she needs to hear it from me."

"I promise, Percy. I won't tell any one-"

"Tell any one what?" Piper was interrupted by Leo's voice. Piper thanked the gods that it wasn't Annabeth. It was surprising that none of the gods had intervened on their personal lives and told Annabeth themselves. She would expect her mother to do something like that.

"My fonzies!" He wailed holding up the almost empty back of fonzies and then staring that fonzie splattered wall. "Okay, what in Hephaestus' name is going on here?"

"I think I should go." Percy said got up from the couch and slammed the door behind him.

"Well, I've never seen Aquaman so moody. Thanks for the condom, by the way. It was very much needed." Leo said and shot at her with finger guns with only one eye open.

Piper sighed in annoyance, "Shut up, Leo." she chuckled before getting up and leaving the room also.
