Silver Oak Ward

Adryan or Ryan or Ry for short, started his day like any other, getting woken up by the hospital staff, having a shower, taking his medication, and then going to sit in the common room on the ward, "Morning Ryan, you ready for education?" Ellie hummed, she was his favourite staff member because she was really caring and kind, with a good sense of humour, "Yep" Ry smiled as they went upstairs to the education part of the ward, "Morning Adryan" Isabella hummed as they entered the classroom, where the other patients from the ward where, Adryan didn't really get along with any of the other patients but there was this one boy he got along with, his name was Scott, Scott was a quiet boy, who the other patients tended to target for their mean comments and actions.

Ry went and sat next to Scott who was just making an origami Swan out of some paper he was given, "Hello everyone today we are giving you all a project, you need to create a PowerPoint on a mythical being that you will draw from a hat, who want to go first?" Isabella hummed as one by one the patients went up, Scott had drawn vampires whilst Ry had drawn ghosts, "Now that everyone has drawn a mythical being, use the computers to make a PowerPoint on the being's you chose." Kirk another one of the teachers said as everyone went to a computer and started their research's.

Ryan was searching all over the Internet for stuff to put in his ghosts PowerPoint when he came across an advert for a bio-exorcist who apparently was a ghost himself, he then decided to write down how to contact this bio-exorcist on his hand to try and get more information off of him, but unfortunately it just said the bio-exorcist name three times, which was a rather strange name, *beetlejuice* He thought he might have to say his name loudly but he wasn't sure, "Adryan is this part of the work you are doing?" Rick a staff member hummed looking over his shoulder, "Yep, this guy is a bio-exorcist that apparently is a ghost himself" Ryan explained to Rick with interest in his voice, "Well then carry on" Rick said walking off to check on the other patients work.

After a few hours it was lunch time then it was some time on the ward which Ry decided he would try and call this Bio-exorcist, lunch was the usual sandwiches and orange or apple juice, which everyone ate quietly you could hear a pin drop from how quiet it was in the cafeteria.

Everyone was led onto the ward, the bedrooms where closed like usual, the ward staff didn't like patients going to their bedrooms on education days because patients tended to go to sleep when they get the chance, the only time they where allowed to their bedrooms on those days where to go to their on-suit toilets, which was what Adryan decided to ask for, "Ellie can I use the toilet in my room please?" Ry hummed, "Of course come with me, I'll open it for you." She hummed unlocking his bedroom door to let him inside, "Call me when you are done Ryan." Ellie said walking to the nurses office.

Entering his room he shut the door behind him and looked at the name on his hand *Beetlejuice*, "It's now or never Ry." He hummed to himself as he took in a deep breath and exhaled, "Beetlejuice." He said it the first time, "Beetlejuice." He said the second time, mentally preparing himself for this not to work, "Beetlejuice." He breathed out the last, for a few long minutes nothing happened and there was a knock on his bedroom door, "Adryan, it's back to education time." A staff member hummed as Ryan exited his room, Owen the nurse just stared at him in shock which confused Ry, "Owen what's wrong?" "Did you dye your hair? It has a slight green tint to it now." He replied immediately after, which confused Ry even more, "I haven't dyed my hair, I went toilet." Ry hummed walking with Owen up to education, with many people asking him if he had dyed his hair, he thought the most explainable answer is when he said *Beetlejuice* three times something happened to either him or the people around him, maybe saying the bio-exorcists name three times was a bad idea.

The whole day went in a blur and now it was down time in the common room, most patients had gone to sleep, the staff had changed shifts and now it was just Ry and Scott in the common room with the staff member Lauren, "Scott I might of done something bad but I'm not sure yet." Ryan whispered to Scott, "What did you do?" He whispered back, "I called the Bio-exorcist by saying his name three times and now everyone thinks I've dyed my hair when I haven't." Ryan sighed as he ran a hand through his green tinted hair, "I think something weird is going to start happening." Scott admitted, the air was very tense, the anticipation for something bad to happen was in the air.

"Well I'm going to sleep." Adryan hummed as he left the common room and headed to his bedroom on the ward, getting ready for bed he plugged his headphone and played his favourite songs on his music player on his Ipod as they weren't allowed their phones on the ward, Ry went to the bathroom to see what everyone meant by him having a tint of green in his hair, he was shocked to see they where right he did in fact have a tint of green to his hair, "I'll work all this out in the morning." He muttered to himself as he got into bed turning his music off and taking his headphones out, he slowly closed his eyes the last thing he heard was someone in a very hoarse voice say, "It's showtime."
