My Love Story: Love? What is that?

Chapter 4:

Days had passed and we started to get busy because of the dance contest. We worked hard in practicing. We always had a dance practice both in the morning (before classes starts) and in the afternoon or evening (after the end of class).

Today is Thursday and we finally had a break from practicing in the morning. Because of that, I went to school a little late before the school start.

I was walking in the school ground while listening to some music, when someone lightly tap my shoulder. I turn around and saw my friends So Jung and YeRin

I smiled at them and they smiled back. We chatted while heading to our classroom

We are now getting near when we saw a bunch of girls surrounding our classroom. No! It looks like they are surrounding someone.

We’re about to get inside our classroom when that someone called me. I look at the person who called me and got surprise to see it.

“Jeonghan?”

“Hi! Eun Bi” he greeted with full smile on his face

“How did you know my name?” I ask

“I ask it to Hyo Jung”

“But - - - “ I was about to ask something when the school bell ring

Jeonghan look at me said “Talk to you later” while smiling. He then left with the girls leaving an empty hallway.

I quickly went inside the room before the teacher does and not minding what Jeonghan had said

Break Time…

“Girls! Let’s eat” So Jung said and we arrange our seats by sticking to each other to form a long table

We are about to eat when our classmate approach us

“Eun Bi, someone wanted to see you”

“Who among us?” Eun Ha ask

“Hwang Eun Bi” our classmate said and left
“Who will look for you at this time?” Ye Won ask

“Maybe it’s Min Joo or one of the Luv☆. I will just go and check it out who is looking for me. You girls can start eating” I said and went outside

As I went outside, Jeonghan approach me

“Hello!” he greeted

“Hello” I awkwardly greeted “So are you the one who is looking for me?”

“Ne!” he cheerfully answer

“And why are you looking for me?”

“Nothing, I just wanted to talk to you”

“You called me just to talk to me?” I ask while raising my eye brow

“Ne” he innocently answer

“You know, I can talk to you but I can’t. For your information I was about to eat my lunch when you called me. So if you don’t have anything important to tell me maybe I just excuse myself and went back to my friends”

“Ok, sorry for disturbing you” he said

I was to let him go, but I heard some sadness in his voice. What I really don't like about is hearing that kind of voice.

I really cannot hold it back. I sighed and called him back.

“If you want after I ate my lunch we can chat a little”

“Really?” he ask

“Ne”

“Ok!” he happily said

Geesh! He really can’t hide his happiness I thought

I went back inside the room and happily neat my lunch.

After eating I went straight outside and look for Jeonghan. Deep inside I am hoping that I wouldn’t see him but I was wrong. I saw him standing outside while looking at the window

I approach him and awkwardly call his name

“Eun Bi” he said

Does he really need to be happy to see me? I thought “So what do you want to talk about?” I asked

“Well, I really wanted to ask you if we can be friends” he ask

“Huh?” I ask “Sorry, but I don’t make friends with a guy”

“Please” he beg while doing some puppy eyes

“No!” I snap

“Araso” he said and sadly walk away

No Eun Bi! Don’t let yourself pity that guy. Don’t fall to his drama I thought. “Araso” I finally said it. I give up to myself!

“Really?” he said trying to hide his happiness in his tone

“Ne, we can be friends”

“Thanks Eun Bi” he happily said
