The Rabbid's Return

They arrive at the big spooky tree and as Rayman predicted, it was already open! Luckily enough, Rayman doesn't have to see Shantae angry just yet. The two head on inside and holy geez! The tree was really massive than it is on the outside.

There is a lot of levels leading up and entrance that are in different levels so it's quite a maze in here. Rayman is very confused on where to go and scratches his head.
"I'm not an expert on labyrinths so I don't feel so keen on splitting up."

Shantae looks at him and smiles. "You don't have to split up if you don't want to. We just gotta put our heads together and figure out the right path that leads to Razorbeard!"

Rayman raises a fist in the air. "Alright! We can do this!"

Shantae likes Rayman's enthusiasm and replies. "That's the spirit! I'm glad to have a partner that's always eager for anything."

Rayman lowers his fist and says. "We must also keep an eye for Rottytops' special thing."

Shantae nods. "You can do that while I focus on finding Razorbeard. Just be sure to help whenever i need it, ok?"

Rayman nods in agreement. "Ok, i'll be always happy to help you, Shantae!"

Shantae laughs, "Alright! You are already a step ahead of Bolo. That guy screws up way more than I could count."

Rayman shrugs. "I'm not guaranteed that i'll always succeed but I will always try."

Shantae nod and says. "Where do you think we should go?"

Rayman points up. "We'll go up and make our way down. That way we could see Razorbeard if he ever is on a lower level and we can get the jump on him."

Shantae puts a fist in the air similar the way Rayman did. "I agree, Rayman! Let's go!"

With that, Rayman and Shantae climbs to the top of the tree labyrinth, it's a long way up but the heroes won't give up.

Rayman seems to be a better climber than Shantae, possibly because Rayman climbs a lot more in his adventures.

Shantae could have transformed into a monkey to climb all the way to the top quickly but she doesn't want to leave Rayman behind.

It is three levels of tree that they need to climb... Rayman is leading the way to the top but keeps his eye out for anything suspicious.

So far it's pretty straightforward, not even any monsters to stop them.

They eventually reach the top and they look around for a door to go through.

Sure enough, there is two doors right next to each other and whether or not that they go to the same room is debatable.

Rayman sighs. "I suppose we'll both go to opposite doors and work from that."

Shantae nods and says. "You really don't want to split up, do you?"

Rayman shakes his head. "Not really, but i'll do it anyway if it means that we'll get to Razorbeard quicker."

Shantae raises a fist in the air trying to to motivate Rayman. "You can do it! I'll be rooting for you."

Rayman smiles. "And same goes for me."

With that, the two goes through the doors with Rayman taking the left and Shantae taking the right. Just like Rayman was afraid of, the two doors lead to different rooms. They were rooms with the monsters in them, Rayman actually recognize it this time... It's one of Razorbeard's robo-pirates that he reconstructed for who knows what.

Rayman gets ready and says while swinging a fist. "Long time no see, robo-pirates. Allow me to reintroduce you to my fists."

The robo-pirate gets ready to shoot Rayman and he is more than ready for him.
