Elliott sat in the waiting room of the hospital, the familar smell made the girl tense up the minute she entered, only bad memories were made here, JJ was up and pacing around, trying not to show any worry but we all know he was

Kiara was fiddling with her fingers, sitting next to pope, the two were sitting across from where elliott was sitting, JJ still was wearing the girls flower crown, refusing to take it off or he had just forgotten about it

Sarah was a mess a few seats over from her. Elliott was suprised sarah was more of a mess than her herself. Sarahs hair stuck up in places from the rain that poured over the 6 an hour back

She had tear stained cheeks, face red from the cold, she was also shivering, a hoodie of John B's over her white dress

The doors of the waiting room swung open upon the arrival of Ward Cameron and his son suprisingly. Rafe had a stern look on his face, putting his head up more at the sight of all the pogues in the room, he hadnt seen the blonde girl just yet

Ward had instantly rushed over to his daughter to comfort her, all eyes wandered over to him, only elliotts remained on the ground, "why did you bring rafe?" she overheard her sister say, "he drove me here, i had a panic attack on the way here thinking you were the one hurt"

Elliott could sense the worry in his voice, wishing for a father like ward of her own, the way he cared about his duaghter was just a faint memorie of her own, Luke used to care about his children just as much as ward did, obviously we all knew it went extremely downhill

Rafe looked around, turning his gaze away from his father and sister in jealously, he noticed the blonde girl sitting in a chair alone a few feet away, the other 3 pogues were comforting each other, forgetting about the girl who was more or likely in more pain mentally from this than the other 3

His expression softened, noticing how her eye bags were darker than he had ever seen them. Her blonde hair was pulled back from the event earlier in a messy bun, hair sticking out from every which way, her tear stained cheeks were complimented by the pink tone that also appeared on her cheeks from the cold

She was shivering, trying to wrap her arms around herself to warm up, gaze was on the floor. Rafe quietly walked over to her, realizing she was hurting he just sat down, not wanting to upset her and say the wrong thing

He was hoping just his presense was enough. When her eyes met his they softened, a small smile found its way to her mouth, the 3 pogues were in deep conversation, not noticing the conversation between the 2 blondes going on

He offered her the sweater that he had brought, mainly for sarah but gave it to elliott instead, caring more for her than his own sister, the boy placed his arm on the arm rest, inching closer and closer to elliotts

The girl noticed this, intertwining their fingers and curled farther into the side of the chair, she knew it was going to be a long night and sleeping was the only thing she could think of that kept her mind off of John B

rafe saw how she was closing her eyes, cuddling farther into the sweater she had taken from him and curling farthee into the chair, still hand in hand, he rubbed the back of her hand with his thumb, squeezing her hand a bit harder.
