"It seems that he has gained enough strength in his recovery that we can preform another presager. This would be on the mussels in this foot, we've be removing the dead scare tissue and replacing it with new clean working tissue"

I listened to the doctors, I had James' brother and sister with me.

"Since we have no way of know if he has feeling in this foot or not this would be the best thing to do, to stop a possible infection and if he doesn't have feeling to help regain feeling. We'd need close family consent since he's obviously not able to make the decision for himself"

We all signed papers showing close family only us no aunts or uncles especially not his parents.

"Any downsides to this?" James' sister Ally asked

"1 major one, if we go into this presager and see there's already a spreading infection he could lose the bottom left of his leg."

"This a good and bad right?" His brother Phill tried lightening the mood not helping

"But its also possible that there is an infection and we've caught it early enough that we can control it and stop it. I'll leave you to discuss I'll be back" the doctor left the room.

We all just stared at each other.

"I think we should do it, if theres an infection we need to stop it now" I spoke it up. "God forbid we let go for so long that it could hurt the rest of his body"

"Yea yea I think your right" Phill said signing his name on the release paper.

"Ally?"

We talked and talked about it

"Yea so we do it" Ally grabbed the pen and signed her name on the permission paper

I was next I carefully signed my name

Phill and I know ally's to scared she's gonna make the wrong decision thats why shes so quiet when it comes to things like this.

If she only knew I felt the same why I never had to make big decisions that regarded someones life before

This is nerve racking.

And same for Phill last time he was in a situation like this he was the one in the hospital bed and James was with his parents making the decisions.

"Okay have we reached a decision"

"Yes, we've decided to do the surgery"

Watching them rolling him off into surgery was almost as hard to watch as when they first took him off in the ambulance.

I've learned to control myself better from passed few months even tho my hormones are through the roof.

Me, ally, phil, kendall, lucy and Taylor stood there together and watched we all surprisingly kept ourselves together.

I felt a weird pain, I moved my hands over my stomach

"Ari you okay?" Kendall flinched

"I think so" I answered a few seconds later then I felt another

"Can you help me sit down" I looked at Kendall

He got my arm and carefully lead me back into the room, I sat down and took deep breaths.

"You sure your okay?" Lucy said concerned

"Yea yea but the babies kicking I think"

"You think?" Lucy questioned

"I don't know!" I said as It got worse

I scrunched my face up look more deep breaths.

"Oh my god oh my god that babies are coming!" Taylor paced back and forth

"Taylor! I would know if they were, my water would have broken I think. Everybody just chill your butts!" I was able to shut everyone up "thank you" I put my head back and tried to relax

Everyone slowly backed up to their own part of the room.

Hours went by and I only felt that pain 2 more times, I have no clue what it is. Maybe its a sign that its coming close to the due date which it is.

You know what I need? A shower, but I don't want to go home till James is out of surgery.  Which is hopefully soon

Tic toc tic toc time is just slowly going by

"Ally, Philip, Ariana" the nurse poked her head into the room. "Can I see you in the hall please?"

Sounded like a principal calling us from the class room to yell at us
Pretty scary stuff

"I called called you 3 because your the ones that sign the papers and you know"

Yea i know.

"The surgery went well, but to continue farther treatment we'd need certain equipment that we don't have here, we'd have to send James to our hospital in Orlando there we can farther our treatment"

"What kind of treatment?" phil asked

"His lungs, our doctors have kept the reason quiet. We plane to have a small meeting with you 3 tomorrow morning so we can discuss. I'll have the office call you on details tonight. Have a nice night"

Phil and Ally went to go back into the room I still stood there

"Ari you coming?"

"Yea 1 sec"

"Nurse Hi um" i went after her down the hall

"Yes Ariana"

I had asked her about those sharp pains from earlier

Since it wasn't her practice she wasn't sure but she set up an appointment for me tomorrow afternoon

I just hope it wasn't anything major
