"Once, in this room, you begged me to let you learn." The Ancient One started as she and Stephen both walked inside her office. "Now, I'm told you question every lesson... preferring to teach yourself."

The Ancient One approached a small table, putting down the pot of tea on it.

"Once you told me to open my eyes. Now I'm told to blindly accept rules that make no sense." He answered, fighting the urge to roll his eyes.

"Like the rule against conjuring a gateway in the library?" She asked him while turning around to face him, her voice had a displeased tone to it.

The corner of Stephen's lips curved upward and said, "Wong told on me?"

"You're advancing quickly with your sorcery skills. You need a safe space, to practice your spells." The Ancient One turned and did a quick wave of her hand. Stephen's gaze moved to the space in front of them as a loud shattering noise sounded across the room. The space in front of them had a crack appearing in front of them before it began to form a much different pattern. The Ancient One walked through it with Stephen following her. He was reluctant at first, he made sure it was safe by moving his hand through it first before he walked in completely.

The other side looked the same, but it looked the the room had an jagged appearance from inside.

"You are now inside the Mirror Dimension." She said, her voice echoing. "ever present but undetected. The real world isn't affected by what happens here."

Stephen studied it, his eyes darted around with curiosity as he moved around. He turned around when he heard footers beside him, turns out it was one of the students who were helping tidying up the room. He kept his eyes on her as she carried a pot of tea towards the small table behind him.

"We use the Mirror Dimension to train, surveil..." she trailed off, watching Stephen slowly waving his hand in front of the woman and got no reaction from her.

She then eyes him cautiously, before she continued. "And sometimes to contain threats. You don't wanna be stuck in here without your sling ring.

"Hold on. Sorry. What do you mean, threats?"
Stephen inquired before the Anxient One moved her arms in a quick downwards motion. Looking down, he saw the floor was changing, shifting into different patterns. She moved her arms again and the whole room moved, seemingly repeating its appearance over and over.

Stephen stepped back as he viewed up. He was dumbfounded.

"Learning of an infinite Multiverse includes learning of infinite dangers. If I told you everything else that you don't already know... you'd run from here in terror."
