"Hey" I mumbled to Daniella sitting down
"Hey girly what's wrong?"
"Ion feel good today" I mumbled
"Why?"
"Ion wanna talk about it" I said
She nodded "if you don't wanna help me after class you don't have to!"
"It's ok" she nodded
"Ok class and Ms. Lawrence!" Mr Maxwell said making a few people laugh waiting for my response but I didn't say anything this time
"I told you stop coming to my class high" he said looking at me
"I'm not high I just don't feel good" I mumbled lowly but high enough for him to hear
He looked at me before starting the lesson I just took my notes listening to him and what he was talking about
"Alaysia can you come here for a minute?" He asked while we were all doing our work
"What?" I asked
"What's bothering you?"
"Ion wanna talk about it!" I mumbled biting my lip
"Flashbacks?"
"No"
"You wanna write it down?"
"Why do you care?"
"Because your my favorite student and I care about you you remind me of my daughter before she passed!"
"My ex recently cheated on me with Nayomi and got her pregnant!"
"Damn" he said
"Can I do something to make you feel better?" I shook my head no
"Thank you tho" he nodded
"Keep your head up" I nodded going back to my seat doing the work
"You smoke?" I asked Daniella she nodded making me nod pulling two pre rolls out I gave her one and a lighter before lighting one myself
We smoked and listened to music in the car "you hungry?" She nodded smiling
"You want gates?"
