Homework Help and Evil Plotting

"No Nagisa-chan, it doesn't go like that!" Karma whined, seeing Nagisa trying and failing to graph a piece wise function. He grabbed the pencil and drew on the paper. "There. That's how you do it. See you have to go like that, and then stop here since it's before -2 and you see the x squared? You have to draw a parabola over here and stop here so that you can draw the line for y = 5x+5." 

"...That does make a little more sense." Nagisa said, staring at the paper. Karma stood up triumphantly. 

"Because I'm a genius!"

"Ah but Karma-kun, you being a genius is what makes it harder for us to understand you. We can't always get your logic and reasoning." Isogai said, looking up from the couch where he was doing homework alongside Maehara. 

"I'm not a bad teacher you gotta admit." Karma said, looking over at him. 

"No you are not." Isogai agreed before turning to help a tired Maehara with his homework. Karma just looked at them for two seconds before turning to Asano and draping himself over the other male.

"So, it looks like only we managed to finish the homework so far."

"Looks like it." Asano said, not looking up from his phone. Karma peered over and grinned. 

"So, you're texting Sakakibara!" 

"Of course. He's my best friend." Asano said, turning to him. Karma plopped on the floor, his face scrunching up. 

"But I thought I was your best friend!" Karma whined, looking up at him. Asano sighed, turning back to his phone. 

"You most certainly are not."

Karma gasped, completely offended. "Did you hear that Nagisa?! He said I wasn't his bestie!"

Nagisa sighed. 

"Yes I heard that while I was trying to finish my homework."

Karma rolled his eyes. "When your friends are sad, you put down the silly homework that isn't even necessary and comfort them, stupid." 

"Well I'm sorry I want to get a good grade." Nagisa said, turning to him. Karma rolled his eyes. 

"You're literally here to visit. The colleges won't even see your grades, whether you got an A or an F. What's the use?"

"To practice for when it does count. But then Karma-kun, why do you do your homework?" Nagisa asked, tired. 

"Because I'm actually enrolled in the school as a student." He said, getting up and heading to the door. "And on that note, I have to go see my precious Sho-Sho." He slammed the door behind him, leaving a lot of sighing people behind. 

"Was that really necessary?" Isogai asked, before turning to Asano. "Ah Asano, as you've been here with him this whole time, I do have a question for you."

Asano turned to him. 

"Who is Sho-Sho? Or well, who is he to Karma?" Isogai corrected himself. 

Asano sighed. "Childhood best friend would be the best definition I can give you right now."

"I see." Isogai said, turning back to Maehara and quickly stopping him when he noticed what was on the paper. "No Hiroto, it goes like this." Isogai got the pencil gently and started to show the other male how to do the chemisty problem. Maehara stared at it for ten seconds.

"I still don't get it Yuuma."

Isogai smiled and patiently showed it to him again. 

"You have to convert these things while making sure that the significant figures are also correct. So use the picket fence method and do this..." Isogai showed him how to do it correctly.

"Oh. I finally got it. And math is literally my best subject." Maehara said, slumped in his seat. Isogai patted him. 

"It's alright Hiroto. It's the stress from being a stalker at night and student at the daytime catching up to you. I told you I could take your shifts if you're feeling tired." Isogai said, his voice kind. Maehara sighed. 

"It's fine Yuuma." He stretched and sat up straight before turning to his best friend. "I can handle it. You need rest more than I do."

"If you say so Hiroto. But if this continues, I will intervene." Isogai said, his voice turning stern. 

Maehara smiled. "Alright."

The two just smiled at each other, so lost in their own world that they failed to notice most of the class staring at them, the girls cooing and taking pictures and the boys either sighing or smiling. Okajima smirked.

"More girls for me then."

"Shut up." Rio smacked him on the head before tossing him a camera. "You're a good photographer, right? We need good shots for blackmail."

"Alright alright. Wait... we?!"

"Me and Karma, duh.  Now stop jabbering and start shooting. They won't stay like that forever. And if none of the shots are good..." She turned to the other, a glint in her eyes and a serious look on her face. "You won't like what comes next."

The man gulped before angling the camera to take the pictures. Rio smiled. 

"Perfect. Now to get them together..."

Asano was very concerned. Karma had been laughing non-stop for the past 5 minutes ever since he got a text message. He also said a few things, but Asano couldn't hear any of them besides Isogai and Maehara, which happened to be one of his former student council members and his best friend. The orange haired teen waited a bit until the redhead finally calmed down and then raised an eyebrow. 

"Care to tell me what you find so hilarious Akabane?"

Karma smiled, a glint in his eye. 

"Only if you help us out with it."

"Help? Us?"

Karma held his hand out. 

"I won't explain it until you accept. So, deal or no deal?"

Asano sighed before grabbing Karma's hand. He always did hate being left out.

"Deal."

I'm so sorry for leaving suddenly and not updating! Life has been absolutely crazy and it was definitely not a fun time. I'll try to quickly wrap this up within the next month or so, so be on the lookout for that. 

Also, this was always meant to be a crack fic. That's what I had in mind when I first started since I couldn't write well and this idea popped up and I was like, I really wanna write about this. So here I am, trying to wrap it up with an actual plot and absolutely elated because this fanfic ended up getting views and votes. This wasn't meant to happen but as more people read this, I decided to change courses. Thank you everyone for reading this story and I hope all of you amazing humans have an lovely day.
