As soon as the bar closed, Almond asked to do an investigation. Everything seemed fine until he went to the kitchen. There were still spots from the mess Sparkling and Herb made. Almond, unsure of what it was, tasted it. Herb was in shock while Sparkling was at the edge to wheeze. The old cop was in shock as well. He knew he saw everything in that moment. He was too shocked to arrest them so he just left.
"See? Nothing bad happened." Sparkling said. Herb didn't had the strength to answer. He still felt very hurt from his cousin's actions. "Can I.. live with you?" Herb whispered. "You should talk about it with Spinach, you know.. but if anything happens, just call me and I will come pick you up. You can sleep in my room." Sparkling answered.
After Herb went home, he started packing up. Spinach tried to apologize, but Herb couldn't forgive her. He felt bad for her tho. They've been living together before Spinach moved out, now she returned and he is gonna move.. "Whatever, let's talk before I go." Herb said, hoping Spinach will agree.
