Eztia was having a confused Pikachu face. This did not happen in the real chapter. She wondered if she somewhat had changed a bit of events; the jet black haired girl shivered whilst hoping that she didn't do it in an accident or not.

Sirius, Tanaka, and the other workers didn't have a choice, aside from obeying what the older twin had told them to. They proceeded towards the door, whereas Eztia still had the face when she waited for the Lord and the Lady Phantomhive to come in to which there were no signs any of them would enter the room. Once all of them exited from the twins' room, there was a shift from the blanket, and Ciel popped his head out with a gloomy look on his face.

Eztia couldn't help but begin sitting on the edge of the bed and stroking the grayish blue coloured boy's hair, while her other hand was rubbing his cheek.

"Now, now, why do you have this sudden sad look, young Master Ciel? The young Master Ciel I know is always showing me a bright smile." Eztia said softly.

Tears bubbling up in the boy's eyes before they were dribbling down on his face, in an immediate way, Ciel sobbed as he hugged her and stuffed his face onto her stomach.

"S-Sirius… h-he said he doesn't want to be a priest… he said he wants to go to London, and run a toy store…" Ciel hiccuped as he backed away a little. "He's going to leave me on my own! If it means we can't be together forever, then I don't want to study to become an Earl!"

"I'm not going to be an Earl! I'm going to run the toy store too!" He wailed loudly, which the young maid brought him closer to her and let him sobbing on her shoulder, patting his head.

"Shh, shh, it's all right, Ciel, it's all right." Eztia said, beginning to have a bit of homesickness to her real world. "I know how it feels too, Ciel. Being separated by your siblings or parents, I know how it feels, Ciel. You've been together with Sirius since you were born, after all. I also had a hard time accepting that I have to leave my family behind."

Her eyes were downcasted as she had a flashback of her memories at the time she was in her real world -- nevertheless, she shut her eyes, trying to just ignore the homesickness.

"However… the position of Earl isn't something that you can obtain through hard work like an owner of a toy store can. The only one who can take on the title as the Earl of Phantomhive is you."

"But…"

"But what, Ciel?"

"But I want to run a toy store with my brother."

Eztia gave him a gentle smile and continued to pat him. "I know that you, the eldest of a nobleman's household, have a rough path to tread. But the second son's path to becoming a toy store owner is not that easy either, you know? So if you were to become the Earl, you'd be able to help him whenever he's having trouble." She told him softly. "Therefore, just because you're apart, it doesn't change the fact you two are brothers."

The grayish blue haired boy was silent for a moment before he opened his mouth.

"… oh, I see now…" Ciel muttered. "So I guess I really have no choice, but to become the Earl now, don't I?" He faced Eztia and showed her his bright beam. "All right, I understand!"

The young maid felt her smile widened. "Now, that's the Ciel I know!" She exclaimed in advance of the time her face faltered the slightest bit as she just realized she just said the sentences for the characters who were the one supposed to say them.
