tony stark one-shots (Request Open)

Accords

this was a request from heirs_of_darkness I hope this was ok if not just comment and ill add or maybe change some things.
peter is tony's kid and the avengers don't know about this, takes place after the accords. I didn't really follow much from the movie its basically just writing in the flow so I hope you like it

"peter!! come back here! you need to wear your pants buddy!" tony yelled from across the room, chucking when he saw his son still pantless and running around the place

Tony shook his head and made Jarvis stand at the door, blocking peter's way making sure he can't run away and tony doesn't have to go on another game of chase for the 10th time

"jar, jar~" Peter said in his most baby voice in an impossibly cute way while making grabby hands towards him, having Jarvis pick him up and place him onto his metal shoulders of the suit

pepper just watched from the doorway, smiling at the sight. she always wondered how a man like tony even existed, he's so reckless, constantly doing something stupid causing him to be in danger 24/7 but yet be so gentle and soft when it comes to their child

she never knew if it'll be easy to have a kid when your husband is one of the earth's mightiest hero's but yet here we are. guess he was always meant to be a father

They had peter 5 years ago when the civil war happened. it wasn't planned, pepper was ready to leave him when she found out, she didn't wanna make that decision or take that risk but she was worried for their child

but now, looking back she's glad she didn't make that decision, seeing tony now being a father to their child is like a blessing

tony feels lucky having to have such an amazing child, he's so glad he fought with peter to raise him together

"tony, it has been 30 minutes and yet....peter is pantless" pepper said as she placed her hands on her hip, tony just gave her puppy eyes causing her to roll her's

"come here peteyy" she called out and peter immediately rushed to her and wore his pants that tony took 10 rounds chasing him around the house

tony just stood there wide-eyed with an open mouth causing pepper to chuckle but before he could say anything Jarvis interrupted them

"sir it seems the whole team is here to see you" tony just exchanged glances with pepper before telling Jarvis that he'd be down there in a min

"be careful, don't start a fight, just think of our son. ok? and be calm" tony just nodded "I'm always calm what are you talking about" pepper just gave him a look and he smiled before giving pepper a kiss along for peter on the head before walking out to face them after a long...long time

he walked down the stairs to the common room to see everyone there discussing something

"tony." steve nodded towards him so tony did the same but with his last name

"rogers." steve looked a little hurt but changed back to his captain's face

"tony. bucky is coming back from Wakanda"

"ok, and?" this time Natasha slipped in

"he has to stay here"

tony spat out the coffee he was drinking to stare at them "......that's not happening"

"ross's order stark, you have to sign this" sam said as he placed the documents on the table

"no no no no I don't think you heard me, he can't stay here, that's not gonna happen. ever"

"tony we heard you, I already told you the reasons before and why he did it, and yet why won't you forgive him"

the rest just scoffed "ignorant as always" clint said as he got ready to go but stopped with tony's next words

"you don't understand, I forgave him rogers. if you just told me instead of hiding the truth about my father's death, MY father's death!...I don't think we would have ever gotten here"

everyone else continued to go on in denial about what he said while he just stood there thinking about the things he could have done with his son, the time he could have spent with his family instead of dealing with this, but something shook him off of his thoughts

tiny hands came and grabbed onto him, and that's when it got quiet, even nat was quite surprised

"tony...? who's the kid?" nat asked cautiously, but before he could answer someone beat him to it

"tony please don't tell me he's one of your one night stands" fucking Mr perfect Captain America just had to ask him that question with his disappointed look

tony's eyes widened at that question "roge-"

"stap blamin my daddy" the cute voice literally melted everyone's hearts, "son, your dad might not be that good"

Peter just shook his head vigorously "he is the besht daddy evar, you dont know him like I dho. you ony blame him for everythin thath happens and he cries every night! you are all bad not him!" 

by now tony was in tears and he crouched down to peter's level, he sniffled a bit "heya pete, why don't you go back to mommy"

"but mommy tol me to cam sabe you" everyone was surprised by how soft he spoke to peter "well I'm saved buddy, go tell mommy you saved me"

"yayy!" peter cheered and ran off but not before glaring at the team

"mommy?" clint asked as he was processing what he witnessed "yes. mommy. he meant pepper, he's 5 now"

"he was born when.." steve trailed off as he stared at the billionaire in front of him "yes steve...when the accords happened..." tony answered him with a sigh

it was silent for a while as none of them knew what to say but nat broke it

"what's his name?" 

"Peter, peter stark, very smart for his age" tony replied while rubbing his face causing her to chuckle

"tony..." tony looked up at steve who looked guilty "I'm sorry.." 

"I can't forgive you just yet..." tony's voice was small, but they heard

Steve just nodded sadly, understanding why

"Barnes can stay here....along with you guys as well, but don't bother me, my wife or my kid understand?" he asked as he signed the documents "wait, really?" sam asked still not believing it

"yes cause as I said, I forgave him already. I just don't want him accidentally hurting my kid" at the word accident they knew tony has changed a lot from when they last saw him

 "we're all sorry tony" nat said this time, everyone eventually nodded their heads along with her lines

tony just nodded his head "I know nat....I know.." he gave them a small smile and went back up, to be with his family and maybe, another soon to be family

I'm sorry if this was not that good but I tried cause I did it in a hurry, ill do something more with it soon~
