"guys! ross is calling us for a meeting but I'm not really sure what it's about" tony announced as he entered the living room

"he didn't give not even one detail?" that was rhodey, tony just shook his head "nope!" popping the p 

"that's odd, wonder what it is," nat asked, raking her brain wondering what could ross be planing this time

"when's the meeting?" steve asked looking up from his sketchbook

"in 10 minutes" tony said and poured himself a glass of whiskey 

"tony, in 10 minutes? where is the meeting?" nat asked glaring at him

"Oh don't worry about that, that's gonna be held in the new meeting room I made that's in this tower" everyone sighed in relief and got up to get ready for it

"hope it's not something bad though, hate him and his random ideas" clint muttered and continued to play Mario cart, not even giving a care about the meeting at this point

"can't really expect something normal from him, I'll give you that" sam said from beside clint

10 minutes later, everyone mentally agreed to what clint said, what ross was asking them to do was completely and utterly unnecessary at this point

"so you're telling us that if there's a threat and people are dying. we can't go unless you give us the signal?" sam asked utterly confused with what's coming out of ross's mouth

"exactly" everyone just stared at him like he was a total idiot 

"you know what Legolas? I agree with what you said" clint just snorted, "told you"

"ross this is completely and utterly unnecessar-" he got cut off by his phone ringing

he glanced at it, debating whether or not to answer "Mr stark" ross's voice brought him out of his confusion

he looked up to see everyone still staring at him "who is it tony?" steve asked, looking rather disappointed that he was wasting their time during a meeting so important

"sorry" he muttered "Friday, tell him I'll call him back later, kinda busy. unless its an emergency"

"Alright sir" it earned a few confusing glances, they opted to continue when his phone rang yet again

"stark!" steve called out, and tony knew that was bad "sir I'm sorry but he says it is indeed an emergency" that was enough to get tony worried, he tried not to show it but it was too late. everyone saw.

he immediately answered "kid?! where are you? Friday said it was an emergency"

"Mr stark I am so sorry but Harley and I are kinda stuck in a situation" he can clearly hear peter's voice wavering like he was hurt

"are you hurt?! where are you two?" he was out of his chair getting ready to fly "he got stabbed, we're at the park, yeah Mr stark what he said"

tony could hear Harley's voice in a distance before hearing his kids "hold on Bambi im coming"

"tony! where are you going?!" yet again steve, but this time with confusion and worry "ross, the answer for this idea is a complete no, I am never gonna agree to this. leave my tower before I get back" he was close to blasting him "and to you steve" they all looked at him
