Chapter Twenty Four

It was finally the day.

The day of the show.

Beomgyu arrived at the school 's big hall around 6pm. The hall was already filled with many students . He saw Hueningkai and Yuna and waved at them.

"hyungg! Are you ready? " Kai asked energetically.

"yes I think so"Beomgyu said with a small smile.

"aren't you assisting Taehyun by the way? " Beomgyu asked this time.

"Oh yeah he's still on the way" Hueningkai replied.

"So anyways Fighting! Good luck!" Yuna said to Beomgyu.

"Yea rock the stage hyung! " Kai said.

"Thanks "

Beomgyu didn't see Soobin, Hyunjin or.... Yeonjun.

'Soobin must be here and Hyunjin too.. and Yeonjun.. He might've not even come ' Beomgyu thought looking at the crowd.

But he didn't mind. Or he convinced himself that he didn't. 

He went backstage and started getting ready for the show.

A couple was making out next to Soobin who was making a disgusted face at them.

"I really prefer being single now" Soobin whispered to Hyunjin.

"oh shut up" Hyunjin said hitting Soobin playfully.

Vivi and Yuna joined them as well.

"hello.. " Vivi said.

"oh.. Hello me? H-hello " Soobin said awkwardly and Vivi giggled.

It was almost the time for the show to start and Yeonjun finally arrived at the last minute. He wasn't planning to come as he was now ignoring Beomgyu. But he was the one who wrote Beomgyu's name and he was his friend afterall and he badly wanted to see what Beomgyu was gonna do.

"Yo, you finally came" Hyunjin said.

"yeah it didn't start yet right? " Yeonjun asked sitting next to Yuna.

"not yet.. but it's gonna start now" Yuna replied.

And So it did.

First it was Jake and he prepared a beautiful piano solo. It was a nice and calming start.

Then Ryujin covered Havana. Her dance was next level and everyone was really impressed. She had alot of power and charisma in her performance. Everyone was cheering loudly.

Then act by act passed and Taehyun's magic show with Hueningkai came up. Everyone had a good laugh seeing Hueningkai being impressed and malfunctioning because of Taehyun's magic tricks.

Lastly it was Beomgyu's turn.

"just think you're performing to someone you want to " He thought as he closed his eyes before getting up the stage.
Then he got up the stage with his guitar, gathering all the confidence he had.

He sat down and looked at the audience first. It was really easy to spot his friends cuz they were cheering more louder than the others. But between Yuna and Soobin Beomgyu saw someone who he didn't expect to see at all.

'so he finally showed up'

Beomgyu's heart was beating fast. He was really nervous. He sighed and adjusted the mic.
Then he started playing the guitar as he sang. With his deep and calming voice.
