Homework

I don't normally do m/f tickle fanfics or any f tickle fanfics for that matter but I wanted to give it a try.

Nick was sat on Lola's bed, scribbling things down on a sheet of notebook paper, while Lola sat on the makeshift mattress she had made herself on the floor, typing away on her laptop.

They spent most of their nights in comfortable silence like this, both indulging in their separate hobbies after making a joint effort to complete their piles of homework. But Nick wasn’t having that tonight. After a few moments of mumbling out his notes beneath his breath, he sighed and flopped back against the bed, putting his notepad down.

“My brain isn’t working right now,” he said.

Lola hummed in response, not really listening.

“Are you listening to me?”

She hummed again, still immersed in her music. She began quietly singing the words as she typed away.

"What a sight for sore eyes
Brighter than the blue sky
She's got you mesmerised while I die

Why would you ever kiss me?
I'm not even half as pretty
You gave her your sweater, it's just polyester
But you like her better
Wish I were He-"

Her sentence was cut short as Nick, who had somehow made his way onto the floor beside Lola, in an eloquent attempt to gain his friend’s attention, jabbed his fingers into her side, making her jump and let out an honest to god shriek.

When Lola, feeling her face burning, turned to face Nick, he was grinning, a mischievous twinkle in his eye.

“You’re ticklish?”

“No! You just surprised me,” Lola insisted, though she was inching away from Nick’s hands tentatively.

“Uh huh, sure.”

“Nick, don’t you da-”

Once again, Nick stopped hee mid-sentence, tackling her back onto the pile of blankets and pillows and digging fingers into her sides.

Even if Lola had bothered to try and keep her composure, she wouldn’t have been able to. She’d always been ridiculously ticklish.

“Not ticklish my ass!” Nick laughed, prodding at Lola's ribs, “I think you actually got more ticklish!”

“Shuhut up!” Lola replied, all her snark and sass replaced by uncontrollable giggles. In fact, her giggling was so loud, neither of them heard Lola's mother push open the door. It took Nick a moment to realize her dad was standing there, but when he did, he went red and pulled his hands away from Lola's body like he’d been burned.

“Hey, Dad,” Lola said awkwardly, rubbing the back of her neck.

Lola, who was taking advantage of the chance to breathe, tugged the hem of her shirt down and sat up, willing the blush to leave her face.

“I was just gonna ask if you guys were hungry…” He trailed off, looking between the two flustered teens, a small smile twitching on his lips.

“Uh, yeah, sure. Thanks dad,” Lola replied.

“Thanks sir,” Nick added softly.

He turned to leave, before pausing. “Oh, and Nick, if you want to really get her, go for her ribs, and do it lightly” he added with a grin.

“Dad!” Lola cried, betrayed, but it was too late; Nick had already pounced on her. He pinned her arms against the bed with one of his hands. The other slowly stroking her ribs sending her into a fit of giggles.

"Nihihihick!"

"Loooola" He mocked.

"Dohohohon't!" Lola gave out a squeal as he tred lightly across her armpits.

"Oo what's this?" Nick questioned in a teasing voice with fake concern.

"Whahahahat?"

"That's not normal." He continued to feel around her armpit, smirking at the squeals that erupted.

Lola had only just caught on to what Nick was doing. "Nihihick! Stohahahap!" She whined.

"I just need to see what it is. It could be serious!"

"Nohohohoho!" Lola suddenly got a burst of adrenalin and managed to unpin her hands. She went straight to Nick's sides, squeezing hard.

Nick jump off her with a giggle. He looked back at her, his face turning pink.

"Looks like I'm not the only one who is ticklish." Lola gave out an evil laugh.

"No no no no no!" Nick bolted out the door, Lola close behind.
