Vitani's pov
It's been about 2 weeks since those kids came. All the houses got passing grades Gryffindor however cut it close, one of the kids almost drowning in the lake. The two little kids I stood up for were reluctant to leave but I promised I would visit when I could. It's nearing my birthday...which means it's also means it's nearing the Golden Boys birthday. 3 days untill my birthday. 3 days untill the day my life changed for the worse. 3 days till my life changed for the better. I changed into my school robes grabbing my necklace and putting it on before getting my bag and heading out into the common room. Once again being awake before anyone else. I decide to practice my elemental magic, although I'm still not ready to use fire. I take a deep breath and make a ball of air(like angs in avatar) I sit on it criss cross and then close my eyes. I feel myself creating a ball of water around me, the ground freezes about a foot and a half around me in ice. Flowers grow healthy from the ice as the ball of water I'm inside sits on some vines like a crystal ball.

This is nice I thought, it's been a while since I was able to just relax and use my elements like this. So peaceful..
"WOAH!!!"
"ACK!" The water falls the air sends small things flying,the flowers freeze and die and then the ice melts and I...plummet to the ground. Spoke to soon....sigh I look up and see draco looking like a kid on Christmas. I give him a slight glare and he chuckles nervously and rubs the back of his neck with his hand then helps me up. "Sorry Tani I've just never seen elemental magic like that! I mean sure we saw some at the duel but you looked so cool! How'd you hold your breath under the water?" I rub my temples "practice." I answer plainly a bit irritated now that I'm soaking wet. I quickly grab my wand and say a spell that will dry my clothes as I hear everyone coming to the common room. I quickly clean up the things that have flown away and make it look like nothing happened. "Morning Vitani, Draco." Said Felix, we greeted him back as we all set off to the great hall for breakfast.
~at the Hall~
I was having a peaceful breakfast I had pancakes and bacon. The pancakes were golden and fluffy while the bacon was just how I liked it! It was great....SPLASH....never mind I looked at myself smelling the scent of apple juice on my body. Great. I wonder who did this. I turn around and see non other than the golden boy and his posse "oops I tripped" he laughed I just rolled my eyes at him not in the mood to fight it's to early "whatever Potter" I said and turned back to my food. He did not like my lack of reaction. He grabbed a fist full of my hair and yanked me out of my seat onto the ground this bitch I swear. Many gasps went around Felix who had been sitting next to me turned to help me up I accepted thanking him before turning to the smug looking Gryffindor "what's your damage Potter? Are you still salty from getting your arse handed to you?" He glared at me "shut up snake! You just got lucky. You need to stay out of my way!" Ok now I'm confused. Didn't he walk up to me?! " Excuse me?! You're the one who walked up to me and started causing trouble! Speak for yourself." I said annoyed. "Don't speak to my son like that Girl!" Spat Potter Sr. I scoffed "of course that's where you try to step in. I'm standing up for myself after your son not only poured his drink on me but also yanked me by my hair. But no your gonna try and reprimand me?" He stops for a moment trying to think of something to say. Then Dumbledore steps in. "Now now there is no need to fight. This is all just a misunderstanding" you've gotta be kidding me. "How is this a misunderstanding we all saw was Potter did!" Blaise argued. "I'm sure it was just an accident Mr. Zabani." Some students started mumbling amongst themselves they all saw what Potter did was clearly not an accident so why was Dumbledore trying to make it seem that way. "Whatever I don't have the energy to fight right now." I said Felix casted a spell on me to clean me from the juice and we sat down and finished eating Potter and his group did the same. Then the mail came. I got 2 letters. One was from Tom and the other was from my pack.

Dear Vitani,
We hope everything at school is going well, don't let the Potter's get under your skin. Everything here is running smoothly so don't worry about a thing. Have fun at school and keep us updated me miss you!

Dear Vitani,
Hopefully this letter reaches you well. First I would once again like to thank you for allowing me to speak at the meeting and for your alliance. Second I plan on stealing something from the school. It's called the Philosophers stone. It can not be in Dumbledores clutches I fear what he might use it for. It's hidden under the school guarded by a Cerberus A CERBERUS?! It won't be hard to get as long as no one catches on. Once I get the stone I wish for you to meet my followers. I want them to meet you as you will be playing a big role in my plans if you accept.
