Chapter 27

HELLO MY LOVELY WOLF PUPS!(what do you think of wolf pups? Or should I just stick with lovelies?) Anyways I'm back! Sorry that it's been so long.. hope you enjoy!!

Severus's pov

It was time for yule break, or as the headmaster shames it Christmas break. Most of the brats were leaving to go home,only a few stayed. None of the Slytherins stayed as they all went to spend yule with their families. When I heard the knock at my door I knew who it was. "Come in." I called to my student. Vitani walked through the door with her suitcase, I was to take her to the Malfoy manor so she could give the stone to Riddle. "Are you sure you don't want me to give anyone a warning that your coming? Belatrix can be wand happy." I warned, Vitani simply shook her head and waited by the floo. I gave her the powder and watched as she threw it into the fireplace, watching the vibrant emerald green flames dance, as she called out clearly "MALFOY MANOR!" and then disappeared. I followed shortly after coming to see the horrible sight of Bellatrix's Cruciatus curse fly towards the young girl.

No one's pov

Shouts could be heard from both Severus and the Malfoy's as they witnessed the girl they've come to care for get hit with the torture curse. What shocked them next is how she reacted. Vitani didn't cry out in pain or start twitching. She just stood there with a bored look on her face. "Sister stop! She's a friend." Narcissa told her sister. Bellatrix realeesed the curse confused as ever. As Severus went to check Vitani for any sign of injury, Tom walked in hearing the commotion. "What is going on here?!" He asked angrily. His anger dissipated quickly however as he saw the white haired alpha being looked over by his uncharacteristically worried potions master. His anger turned to concern and was about to ask more questions before Vitani spoke up. "I'm fine Proffesor, and Bellatrix just got a little wand happy it's fine, I'm fine." She dug into her pocket and held something in her hand as she beckoned Tom over.

Toms pov

I was curious as to what was in Vitani's hand to I walked over. She put the item in my hand and I was shocked at what it was. A ruby red, shiny stone had been placed in my hand. The Philosopher's stone! "How did you get this?" I asked in complete shock. The others in the room sans Severus looking just as confused and surprised. "It wasn't that hard really." She shrugged "It was as if it was made for a first year, which now that I'm thinking about it was probably just dumbles making a test for Potter Jr. and his friends." She thought aloud. I nodded, thanking her as I beckoned Severus to come with me so we could preform the spell that would keep me in this form.

Vitani's pov

"Why didn't you tell me!" I heard Draco ask me accusingly. "Well first off I had to confirm with my grandparents first. Second off I wanted it to be a surprise." I told him flatly, even if I didn't show it the curse that Bellatrix threw at me was painful. It wasn't as painful as what James did to me but it still hurt like hell. I was screaming on the inside for it to stop, while on the outside I held up the illusion that I couldn't feel it. I refuse to show weakness in front of a stranger. After an hour of talking Marvelo came back, lets just say he looked better than before. His facial features grew a bit sharper and his ruby red eyes had flakes a brown and darker red colors in them. He still had his chocolate brown hair and tall stature. Then out of nowhere my tail and ears popped out. Draco gaped and the other adults other than Snape and Marvelo gasped in shock. I chuckled nervously, "Surprise?" I said.

Time skip to after explaining cuz I'm lazy

After explaining Draco was told to head off to bed, he wanted to resist but knew he couldn't so he complied. Lucius and Narcissa left with Bellatrix. Leaving just Marvelo, Snape, and I. We just sat and chatted. While me and Severus(he gave me permission to call him that out of school) talked about potions my ears flicked happily enjoying being able to nerd out for once. Suddenly I feel something touch behind my ear. Then I felt scratching. My tail started wagging as I leaned into the touch. I opened my eye to see that is was Marvelo giving me those beloved ear scratches. He awed at my reaction while Severus just sat their holding back a smile, but looking at Marvelo with what looked like warning(not in a jealous way, in a parental way). After a few more seconds I pried myself away from them and put my ears and tail away slightly embarrassed. The both chuckled and Marvelo showed me to my room after parting with Severus. He bid me goodnight and I did the same. After he left I changed into my night wear and layed down on the big and soft bed. It was like heaven! It was so comfy, I practically sunk into it. Soon I started to drift off into dream land. Feeling a similar safe feeling surround me. I was to tired however, to think of what it was. I fell asleep peacefully waiting for the next day.

How was that my lovely Wolf Pups? I know it wasn't as intense as the others but I tried to show a bit more of Tom and Vitani's growing relationship without moving it to fast. Hope you all have an amazing morning, evening, or night!
