Halloween Crisis: A Costume for Me - Skit ft. the Writing Peeps

Note: There's supposed to be an artwork for this skit, but I'll let them work on it longer, because of our busy schedule. So when they're done with it, I'll showcase the artwork and shout out their name as a credit. Thank you, and Happy Halloween!

It is a neutral spooky day at Central Moon City. And as always, we're following Sora (me). By the look of her face, she's walking, at the same time thinking about something. Hmm... I wonder what's on her mind... Anywho, she is actually walking at the shop district where every cosplayer and kids are gathered to buy their costumes. I think we all know what Sora is thinking by now.

Sora: (Hmm... The squad Halloween party we planned on is going to require all of us in costumes... I don't who I should be in Halloween... Strange, as I always am into cosplaying characters before.)

She goes on in walking and looking at the stalls. She roams around for a few minutes, and still didn't get any ideas. Soon after that, she spots Sakura (JLouiseSarocam) at the prop stall, holding a small paper bag on her hand, and 3 shopping bags around her shoulders. Sora makes her way towards Sakura after she left the stall.

Sora: Hey Sakura.
Sakura: Sora! Didn't expect you to be here. Then again, this shop district is well known to have Hot Deals in Halloween. Marketing price rises this month.
Sora: That's... Factual... Also, what's in that small paper bag?
Sakura: Oh? You mean this? It's a stack of fake maple leaves.
Sora: Fake Maple Leaves? Hmm... The only character that has maple leaves as their motif is... The wandering samurai of Inazuma!
Sakura: That's right! I'm cosplaying as the one and only, Kaedehara Kazuha!
Sora: Cool! Can you say your favorite line of Kazuha?
Sakura: Sure! Hmm... My favorite line... Ah! ... "Wherever in this world I roam, I carry memories of my home... This blade... It is the last link I have to the land of my birth.".
Sora: Wow! You're really going to cosplay as him! I couldn't believe that you'll be crossdressing, at the same time cosplaying!
Sakura: I think they're just the same thing. Also, who will you be cosplaying as, in the party?
Sora: To be honest here... I don't know. Like, there are many ideas, but nothing is hitting me hard to do that cosplay.
Sakura: I see... That is bad. Your not so biological sister said that the one who won't be wearing a costume will face the "haunted house maze" punishment. If you don't want to get spooked by the maze, you need to have costume.
Sora: I don't mind that, even though I hate it, I just want to join the Halloween spirit. I mean, to cosplay as someone in Halloween, you must have a reason to why you'll be that in Halloween.

Sakura is surprised by Sora's last sentence. As she was triggered, she drags Sora out of the district and make their way straight to the 秘密 Sky House. Sora is the process is getting dizzy and can't get her thoughts on point. As they arrived, they went to the living room, where Tsumi (rzsmochi) and Zien (Gentleman_bandit) are both fighting on which horror attraction they should enter.

Zien: I told you, let's go to the Ghost Hunting Maze!
Tsumi: For the last time, I said the Haunted House Maze!
Zien: That maze is bland and is cliched to my taste.
Tsumi: Well... Your pick involves goo, and it's unhygienic to enter there!
Sakura: What's the fuzz about?
Tsumi: A normal Halloween argument, that's for sure.
Sora: Sa... Ku... Ra... You're way too fast! You know that I can't keep up at your pace.
Sakura: Sorry, but I just have to do it. Besides, you gave me an idea that can help you.
Sora: Which is?
Sakura: We'll all tell about the reasons why we cosplay as this character or monster.
Tsumi: What?!
Zien: Interesting.
Sora: I like that idea, but will that ruin the surprise?
Sakura: It'll be a surprise if you're seen in the costume itself. Anyways, I'll start the discussion. I'll be cosplaying as Kazuha from Genshin Impact. The reason why I'll cosplay as him is because... He resembles the Autumn or Fall Season. Then the whole point is that Fall happens around Halloween makes sense so...
Tsumi: It really does make sense Sakura.
Zien: For once, I agree with that.
Sakura: And the other reason would be that I like Kazuha as a whole.
Zien: More of like a simp.
Sakura: I'm not simping too much. Lavender does go way too far with that.
Lavender: Ahem. Ahem. I heard someone talk about me.
