As I always listen to a song for inspiration, for this chapter I had Celine Dion singing the spicy lyrics of "Eyes On Me".

Tribeca NYC,  September 2010

JB POV
I was pacing back and forth around the room right after the shower. My clothes were laying on the bed staring at me.  My conscience screamed " - Go!" I looked at the full-length mirror and surprised myself with a reflection of a woman in despair. I turned around, examining the room that was incredibly big for a hotel room in Manhattan. There was so much space, so much space that nothing could fill this room; nothing could fill this emptiness... unless she was here with me.

The time was now 08:40 pm, the event was scheduled to start at 08:00 pm; I had to run, luckily I was only a couple of blocks away from the gallery; the feeling of missing out made me wake up from my misery; I quickly got dressed and ran out the door hitting the streets of New York when everyone seemed to be walking in slow motion opposite to me walking in full speed, it was all results of my nerves, in my head I played scenarios of her avoiding me, or even asking me to leave. Still, I did not care; I had to be there.

When I finally reached the gallery door, everyone seemed to be already inside; adrenaline took over my body when I saw a sign with her name. I touched through the glass and slowly traced all the letters of her name; that was the right place, and there was no turnaround. I managed to pass over a group of people without driving attention to myself, which I knew would be a challenging mission; this was her moment, and the last thing I wanted was people trying to take my picture.

I quickly scanned the room; no familiar faces, a relief; my eyes were anxiously looking for her; there were many blonds, but no one that looked like her; I could recognize her curves from miles away. My anxiety was rising like a hot balloon; I decided to walk around the room carefully, trying to avoid eye contact with anyone and the photographers. I was oddly dressed, nothing fancy, and I was lucky that New Yorkers don't give a dime for famous people or how people dress. Until now!

While walking around the room, I was lost in an ocean of tears, standing in front of the piece "And, I love you" I didn't even know how long I was there when suddenly I heard someone walking towards me. "Oh my god, is that you?" I looked at her and quickly realized that I did not know this woman, but she sure did know me; panic took over my entire existence.

I looked over my shoulder and saw an empty hallway on my left, which became the escape route. There was a room at the end of the hallway, and without looking back I raced and opened the door.

I was  trying to escape but  actually found what I was looking for this entire time.

-Your hair - I paused -Is red - I continued
-Did you like it? - she replied
-You...look perfect- I said

She smiled at me across the room, sitting on a couch while I held the door behind me.

-For a moment, I thought that you would not show up- she said that staring at me
-I was technically not invited - I smiled
-You don't need invitation - She was now walking toward me
-Touché!  - I said
-You know that, right? - She was directly in front of me
-I... I did not know that - I said that in a middle of a shot breath
-Of course, you know that otherwise, you wouldn't be here now - She laughed
-Right ! I needed to see you - I  said that walking toward her
-You're crazy. Did anyone see you out there? - we locked eyes
-I don't know; I just needed to see you again, and look what you have done; your art is incredible.  - We were now face to face
-Thank you... - She said that in a timid voice
- I saw it... It's beautiful! - I held her hands and whispered softly into her ears- I love you too.

We lost ourselves in a long hug; nothing was better than feeling her body close to mine. Then, while resting my nose on her neck, her scent got me slightly drunk, my hands started dancing through her back, making her pushing me even closer.

-I missed you - She said.

Our lips found each other, we kissed slowly, tasting every second of the moment; we both wanted more. My tongue played with hers; they worked in perfect synchrony. She touched the muscles of my arms which my body always understood and responded as a yes for more. Finally, I pushed her into the couch and raised her dress. She bit her lips full of desire and said,

- Please, I need you now

My hands moved quickly through her legs, revealing her sex. The heat between my own legs burned me, making me drink every drop of her. My tongue worked fast. She moaned and reached her climax.  I rested my head on her chest for a moment, and she coved me with her arms and we stayed like this for awhile.

- I need to get back outside - She said

I helped to fix her dress, and we kissed passionately. We didn't want to let it go; we had spent many years apart, our bodies wanted more. As reality always bites, someone broke our peace by knocking on the door.

- Will I see you later? - I said that while watching her walk away from me with my heart pounding and finally letting  go of my hand.

She looked back and just smiled.
