Hello dear readers!
Welcome to my newest book; "The World is Quiet Here". This is a fanfiction of one of my favorite shows of all time; "A Series of Unfortunate Events" on Netflix (I'm not sponsored, though I wish I was).
In whatever odd case that you do not know what show I am talking about, let me give you a brief description.
To sum it up; there are three children by the name of Violet, Klaus, and Sunny. They are extraordinary children, who each have a special skill that they are gifted at. Violet is an inventor, Klaus is a researcher, and Sunny has sharp teeth. The children are recently orphaned after their home and parents are burned down in a mysterious fire. The series follows as they attempt to investigate further into their parents' death, while being hunted down by a man named Count Olaf, who is after them for their money.
I would like to make this very clear; I do not own A Series of Unfortunate Events, all of those rights belong to Daniel Handler and Barry Sonnenfeld. There are characters I do own however, such as Christopher and Gwendolyn Taylor, along with their parents, and a few others. I also own their actors, as they are also characters that appeared from my imagination. If you're curious, Chris's actor is Brendan Michaels, and Gwen's is Maya Sinclair. Brendan and Maya are purely fictional, so they are not real people. Brendan's faceclaim is Liam MacDonald, while Maya's is a completely original persona that I created. In all, please do not copy my characters.
Now, this book focuses mainly on Gwen, but she won't be introduced until... well, you'll see. I don't want to spoil the story, after all. That being said, for the first season, it will mainly focus on someone else. This book starts from Episode 1: The Bad Beginning, where you'll be introduced to a boy by the name of Oliver. Or is it Christopher?
Either way, there will be many unfortunate events to occur in this book, so as the author, I advice you to look away. If you are looking for a story that includes many happy events, then I'm sorry to tell you that that's not how the story goes. If not, then I hope you enjoy this Very Fine Dialogue.
