The most famous people in the darker part of the streets were known as the racers. These racers had vehicles of all types and even specialized in some specific vehicles. If you were an interest to the racers they would race for you it didn't matter what you did or what you had. They would race to lay claim to you. And for some people they could race to gain their freedom back. Some people were lucky and others not so much.
