Part-3 Business 📈

ROSÉ POV

I was heading to my floor after getting my coffee. A few days had been passed after my meeting with the animal rescue and we didn't find a way to collaborate due to them rejecting every single offer.

Everyone at office knew my shitty mood and stayed away from me. I nod at my assistant and enter my office, stopping in my track as I find Jimin standing next to the glass window, looking outside.

" I said you didn't love me before because nobody has. " He started and I just stood there, listening.

" Any relationship I've had ended up with me being hurt because they only loved my money and position. "He is stated in all his vulnerability and my heart ached.

" I trusted too easily and so I functioned myself to not trust at all and it saved me. I saved me until it was you I had to say no to.... I love you Rosé but I am scared. "His voice was low, nervous.

" I know you want hurt me but it's difficult to change how my brain works and I don't want to hot you in the process. " He turns around. His tie loosened and his sleeves rolled up.

" I don't know if you want to be with me anymore but as an apology for me being a d*ck, I got you this. " I smiled at his words as he motions to the papers on my desk.

I step forward and pick them off from my side to see what they are.

" I am handling 51% of the company to you and I got to know what happened with the animal rescue so I talked to this group of teenagers who work with rescued animals too and open an organization in your name for them to work under. " He stopped talking.

I look up and realise he's looking at me with a frown and I realise I have tears streaming down my face.

" I'm sorry, shit. Did you not want this? I can go- " I didn't let him speak anymore as I wrap my arms around his neck.

JIMIN POV

No word escaped my mouth after she hugged me. After a moment of silence she speak up.

" You can hug me back. " She said, her tone lighter, happier. I made a weight lift up from my chest and I wrapped my arms around her.

I could have stayed like that forever if not for the sniffle I heard after sometime. I pulled back, frowning.

" Did i do something wrong? "I asked, not want it to be the reason she hurts anymore than she already has been.

" No. " She gives me a real soft smile as a few tears escape and she wipes them away.

" I know I'm messed up. " I told her, tucking a hair strand behind her ear that slipped out of her bun.

"But I'll try for you. " I mean it.

" What I said wasn't right. " I continue.

" What I did wasn't right and I know you deserve someone so much better but I can't let you go, not now. "I wipe under her eyes, cupping her face as I lean my forehead on her.

" Then don't let go. " She whispers.

" Forgive me. " I asked, I need another chance. I need her.

" What you did means alot to me. " She said.

" You helped me with something that's close to my heart and for that I'm so fucking grateful. " She smiles.

" What you said that day hurt me but god knows I would give you another chance even if you had just ask because fuck, I'm in too deep. " I told me and I nod.

" Just don't hurt me again. " She said so low that I would've missed it if we weren't so close.

I'm not letting you go anymore.

ROSÉ POV

Yesterday, after everything. Jimin and I got back to work and I haven't seen him all day today because of out busy schedules.

As I step out of my office for my usual visit to the cafe, I see him leaning next to the elevator, his arms crossed. I step closer and he looks up with that smile of his that can ease any pain.

" Let's go get your donut. " He said and pressed the button for the elevator.

He waited.

We head down and head towards the cafe. As soon as we cross the street and step in. The aroma of baked goods and coffee beans hits us in an intoxicatingly relaxing way.

He orders my donut with his coffee and we wait for our order.

" I see you guys are back here, together." Alex said as he approaches us. He and Jimin did side hug and I raise my eye brows at their sudden closeness.

Jimin and Alex just grin at me and our order is called. I grab him coffee and my donut and was about to head out when a hand on my arms stops me.

I look up to see him standing there, still next to Alex, rubbing his neck.

" Uh, can we sit here and finish here? " He ask and I smiled.

Gosh he really is new to this.

" Yeah. " I smiled at him and he head to the corner of the long wooden table. It's high chairs infront of the window facing outside.

We take our seats and he sip on his coffee as I eat in comfortable silence.

Even after we've finished, we still didn't move. My hands are on the table and I don't take he realized that he's tracing little circle on the inside of my palm.

" Go on a date with me. " He blurt and I just looked at him.

" Let me show you that I can be better. " He gave me the reason.

" Yes. " I nod and he goes back to drawing circles.

He already is better.

AT EVENING

I reached his home like he said me to, in sweats and tshirt. I ring the bell and he opens the daw after a moment wearing similar clothes.

He gave me that look that he has never given before. It holds so much warmth.

" Hey. " He smile.

" Hey. " I raise an eyebrow.

" Can I come in? " I asked.

" Shit, yeah right. " He steps aside and I chuckle at how his behaviour changes when he is nervous.

" So.... " I said stepping inside. I've been at his place before. Long projects and plannings need time outside office too.

" I cooked Italian dish. I know you like it so. " He just shrugged and I stopped as I turn around to look at him.

" You cooked? " I ask, not believing this.

" Yeah. " He chuckle.

We step around the kitchen island as he plates the pasta.

" This smells so good. " I couldn't help but voice to thought. He just grins and takes the plates up to the living room.

" Wanna select what we watch? " He motions to the remote and I picked it up.

I sat on the large couch as he takes up the spot next to me, covering us in blanket.

" Thanks. " I said and he caught the hesitation in my voice.

" Say it. " He nods.

" I just..... you don't have to change yourself. I don't want you to change. " I said what I've wanted to say for so long.

" I'm not changing myself Rosé. " He cup my cheeks, leaning forward.

" I'm showing you the side of me that was afraid to come out. " He sighs and we stay there for some time.

I smiled, pulling back.

" Marvel, how is it? " I said and he chuckle.

" Whatever you want babe. " He hand me my plates and my heart warms at the nickname.
