Never Forgotten Moments

Seeing the Signs

If in this very moment, You'll come
I'm sure I wouldn't be one of those some
That would be with You in eternity
For this vessel is very much unholy.

Now I am seeing the signs—
One by one, on-fire's before now detaching from the Vine
No longer talking to You became so fine
Prefer being drank with the world's wine.

Maintaining an angelic image,
But the character? A sum total of garbage.
Forgot that sins has its wages
Death, as what the Bible says.

Money's now being treasured than humanity,
Self-satisfaction than purity.
Often seeing other's faulty,
But never what's within me.

Destruction from the tongue's fire
Has more shared than Spirit's power.
Where the forgiveness?
Vengeance always coming first.

Proclamation of self,
To the Truth, blinded and deaf.
Claiming the One true King's Name
Thirsty for the world's fame.

Picking up what's good to hear,
Rejecting the Gospel that's shears.
The cross of Christ, few wants to bear
To the lost souls, who's still care?

To the Highest of highest, many believers no longer depend
How could He ever make someone send?
More busy on following the world's trend
Knees for the Lord, who remains bended?

LORD, I wanna be with You to the infinite!
But my life speaks the opposite.
I couldn't see goodness in me even just a bit
To Your home, I would never be fit.

But why do You still looking at me
With a love unconditionally?
If I'll just repent from all of my faults,
You're willing to forget all my impurities
And will process me into becoming like rubies.

How far Your grace would go?
I still would be disappointing You, tho.
But You say, "Child you're still raw,
Trust Me: the only thing I'd be asking you so.

It's not you, but I'm the One who chose you
So I would never leave nor forsake you.

I Am yours and You are mine,
Remain faithful to Me till the end of time
For soonest in my throne, we will eat a fine dine."

Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Messiah,' and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.

"Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
