Ugh he's so- why does he hate me so much!? why can't i just drag his ass to jail!? but as much as he seems guilty and suspicious....my instincts are telling me that it's not his fault that he ended up here.

I was having quite a fine day, I helped solved another case a month ago and now i was enjoying my day off from work.
I work in one of the best crime agencies out there, I mean I'm not bragging but what can I say? it's true.
My chief,Evelyn,always makes sure everything is fair and square. We are quite close and i tell her almost everything.
And then there were also my partners, Liam and Lucas. We were long time friends and did everything together. We are a great team and without them i don't know where i would be right now.
Liam: ah a beautiful day!!
Lucas: Indeed.
Y/n: that's why don't ruin it by being loud
Liam: that is RUDE!!.
Lucas: i agree with her
Liam: oh double homicide
Lucas: yessir
Y/n: you only know how to agree and disagree with people don't you?

We laughed and continued eating our lunch.
*rings*
Liam: someone's calling you
Lucas: who is it??
Y/n: oh it's the chief
Liam : I hope it isn't about work
I answered the call and put it on speaker.
Y/n: hello?
Evelyn: Good afternoon Y/n, how are you doing? and I'm assuming Liam and Lucas are with you too.
Liam : hii
Lucas: good day!
Y/n: we're doing alright chief,how about you?
Evelyn: I'm alright folks,the reason I called you was to invite you all for dinner, I have finished all of my work and I have some free time later so what do y'all say?
I looked at the two boys and they nodded.
Y/n: sure we'll be there, what time?
Evelyn: 7pm will be just fine
Y/n: got it boss! see you later!
Evelyn: see you later y/n
Liam : it's been so long since we've actually spent time with her besides work
Lucas: yeah we haven't had dinner together in a while too
Y/n: yep anyways i have to go home and do some paper work!
