"Bloody hell Blaise what do I get your girlfriend?" Draco huffs as he struts down the shop isles.

"Dunno, she likes candles and voodoo shit," Blaise said, eyes scanning the shelves.
"Who did you get Lorenzo?"

"Sera," I mumbled.

Blaise stopped walking and started smirking at me, jokingly raising his eyebrows.
"Piss off Blaise," I scoffed playfully.

"So what are you going to get that little girlfriend of yours," Draco asked, picking up a Christmas scented candle.

"I actually don't know. I want it to be perfect though," I could feel my cheeks flustering, but not from the cold.

"I mean you could get her a wedding ring," Blaise teased. I shot him a deathly look.

"Yeah, you've been saying that you wanted to marry Seraphina since we were wee children," Draco scoffed.

I dismissed them and walked around the whole shop at least 3 times trying to search for the perfect gift.

Around 20 minutes later, Blaise and Draco began to pay for their gifts.

I hadn't even picked a gift for Sera yet.

I started to panic.

All of a sudden, a small shop from across the street caught my attention.

My eyes lit up. I knew what to get her.

"I'll be right back," I yelled to the other two, running across the frosty pavement.

I didn't even stop when a red bus came hurtling towards me.

seraphina snape.

"Coming!" I yelled as I attempted to pull the scarlet red satin dress over my body.

I hop over to the black-rimmed mirror as I put on black heels.

I observed my reflection in the mirror and smiled.

I mean, I do clean up nice.

After checking myself out for a few seconds, I realised that I needed to be downstairs for Christmas dinner.

I raced towards the door, but not forgetting to pick up the small velvet box that lay on my dresser on the way out.

I sprinted down the stairs, trying not to trip over my dress.

The smell of roasted turkey and vegetables filled my nose as I approached the dining room.

A single Christmas stood isolated in the middle of the hallway, strung with sparkling lights and colourful ornaments.

I smiled at the sight.

I placed the small jewellery box below the tree along with the other gifts and began pacing towards the dining table.
