Chapter sixteen.

Jiyeon's POV
I could tell saebyeok was really worried by the look in her eyes..something bothered me as well..

Something in me realized that she was right about..our dreams becoming reality but I didn't want to worry her anymore than she was so I hugged her and tried comforting her.

"Don't worry everything will be okay..how was your day at work?" I ask trying to change topics quickly.

"it was okay I couldn't stop thinking about..you know everything.."

"Don't think about it okay? Come here.." I say holding her close and kissing her.

She kissed me back and smiled. "You make everything better."

The bell in the front had rung. "Wait here I think it's my dad's best friend ..from childhood he came over to hang out let me get the door." She told me so I just waited here.

Saebyeok's POV
I went to open the door and to my shock my dad's friend...he...

No he couldn't be....

That was the man from my dream.

Middle age, same face, wearing a hat only difference was his clothing.

I couldn't believe my eyes..was I seeing things? Am I so worried my dream would really become reality...

"Hi..it's you." He said.

"Wait do you know me?"

"Actually we need to talk.."

"Talk about what?"

"Trust me." He said grabbing my hand.

I walked outside and looked at him. "You're not my dad's friend?" I asked him.

"No but I somehow found my way to you..can I ask you a question?"

I nod and look at him. "Have you had a dream about playing a deadly game for money with a bunch of other players?"

"I have..wait you had the same dream?"

"Not just me even my other friend too..something weird is going on.."

"I have someone I know as well..that had a similar dream...."

"We need to get to the bottom of this." He said to me. "We aren't having these dreams for no reason you should be careful." He told me.

I nod. "You're right..you be careful too." I didn't know him in our reality but we did know each other in the dream.

I knew it..those dreams had to mean something and it could be dangerous..too..the world was getting more and more scarier every minute.
"We should stick together in this." He told me.

"Okay here contact me if you have any leads about what's going on." I gave him my number and went back inside.

"Who is that?" Jiyeon asked me.

"It's a man...who had the same dream as the both of us..I knew something darker is happening..it could be dangerous he came to warn us to be careful."
