I'm back with another chapter!
I'm sorry for the almost month long wait. My scedhule's all over the place. And my time for drafting is limited, especially with exams looming about.
Anyway, I havd a chapter ready.
I hope it's to your enjoyment. Please spare a vote if willing and please comment what you think of this chapter. I always love hearing what you think. This chapter is 3500+ words.
Note: This chapter is mostly in Kichona's perspective.
"Why do we have to do this?", Wilra groaned for the upteemth time.
The class 3-B was out in the field, wearing full tracksuits, running at least five rounds around the perimeter . They had magically been changed by a very grumpy teacher. You know, the teacher that looked like a refined mafia boss. Yes, him.
Kalego Sir was his alias. Kichona didn't particularly mind the change of setting. Mr. Opera's training was much more gruesome, so this was not much. Kichona still had the choker on and kept the ring on too. Better than loosing it. She had pulled her hair back into a high ponytail.
Before this period, it was homeroom. Mr. Balam just had roll-call. Everyone was just saying "Present" thirty times in a row.
Behind her was Lily who was wheezing like a drowning cat. She didn't seem to be having much luck with jogging as she did.
"Kichona, you certainly have....quite an..... athletic build", she huffed, stopping in between to heave a gulp of air. She was a mess, and her hair that was neat and tidy before looked as if she just rolled out of bed.
Kichona had to stiffle a grin. "Wilra if you laugh, we are......no longer friends", Lily groaned as Wilra threw her a look. He immediately had to clamp a hand over his mouth in case he did.
Kichona did wonder though; why did they have to jog on the first day of school? Wouldn't that be held at least a few days after?
The girl didn't think much of it. That Kalego Sir just looked at them all with a distasteful look. Balam Sir stood next to him, tapping a notepad. "Are you certain this is necessary?", he asked lousily. Kalego only sighed and continued to eye the students.
"Third years should be aware of new changes, most of them are lacking in consience", Kalego replied dryly. "Why are you even here anyway? Your period is over", he side glanced him.
Balam scratched his head. "Um....reasons", he told him dryly.
"Reasons?", Kalego raised an eyebrow. "I'm not sure wether I should pry further", he breathed out through his nose. "You shouldn't", he privied.
Kalego remained silent.
"Anyway, if your reasons give you time, you can what will occur next", Kalego stated. "That demonesss shows good physical prowess, do you see anything?", he asked Balam.
"Which one?".
"Purple hair".
"Good physique, but can't confirm anything yet".
Kalego mumbled something underneath his breath. Balam didn't bother asking what he said.
"What is your plan after this session?", Balam asked.
"Subordinate training", Kalego answered crisply.
"Subordinate training?", Balam mimicked.
"It will help us see has more of a commanding stature here. Help see who's worth chopping up here", Kalego phrased. Balam scratched his chin in consideration.
