He was there on the day of their birth and there one the day of their death and there after. As far as he knew never had a generation been as disfigured as this one.

Killian watched as his brothers and sisters attempt to meet the beloved whom they were forbidden to meet. They didn't understand the blessed bond that they had and simply went as instinct forced them to go. As time ticked away, the day fated for them to finally reunite neared.

After the first eclipse when all the planets aligned having happened millennia's ago following the birth of the sun and moon and the one only nineteen years ago where the sun and moon shone equally bright one on top of the other when the sun and moon twins were born and the one only 13 years ago on the day of the death of lady Sol when the sun was covered by the moon. Tomorrow night, the moon will bleed from blue to red as the sun is covered by the earth. But what else? That is the question. Only time knows.

Hateful eyes track behind the queen. She wanders and wanders, her watchful eyes raking between the children and adults who she has control over.

Killian would dare the day of her death to come late. But he knew if it would or wouldn't, and he dreaded the fact that he knew. He wished for her death to be tomorrow. All he wanted was be set free of the burden he was born with. The heavy pain weighing down his shoulders never fleeting or decreasing. He could feel burning marks on his untainted and pure skin, he could feel pain in every step he took and he could feel the sting in his eyes derived from endless crying and sleepless nights. His ears would ring with voices and please and cries. But he was never one to be injured. Never once did he cry. And never did he listen.

His days were spent spontaneously, but never really at home.
His nights rest with deep slumber, but never really sleeping.
His smiles were handed around like hellos, but never really happy.
But today, Killian wasn't smiling. His heart didnt hurt, neither did his skin. His eyes didnt sting, his ears didnt ring. The scorching burns and whistles that lived with him day in and day out had calmed to a serene cadence. Calming and delightful.

Killian took another step closer to his home, where the people scurried around, every few seconds people would notice him, pause in shock, quickly bow, and walk away with eyes still lingering. He wasn't not used to the treatment, but he wasn't exactly used to it either. Killian would greet maid after servant after butler after guard without a smile. Though for once, he wasn't unhappy and was walking with a shy feeling of excitement.

Finally, he had made it to the auburn, solid wood door that was far bigger than necessary, and entered the house he grew up in. Instantly, he was greeted with warmth, not because the house was anything less than a picturesque emotionless magazine mansion, but because he could feel the presence of the one he loved most, and the ones who he cared for most. One of them, was watching him, another, listening for him. But that doesn't matter anymore the second Allegra entered Killians line of sight.

"My dear dragon, where have you been? Ive missed you" Allegra speaks. A glint, poisonous, in her eye.
Killian replies with the usual cold silence. Her fake smile drops, as does her precious act. "Go get ready." She says firmly, dismissing Killian to his room.

On his way, he is stopped by his brothers presence. His brother, Felix, that lived a cold life and would not pass the barrier that is his bedroom door, gives him a cold welcome. He could then feel the much warmer welcoming presence of his younger sister approaching and continues on my his way to greet her.

"Killian, its great to see you again" she says formally, "We missed you" she squeaks, quietly. Killians eyes soften at Elara's comment, then he goes in for a hug. Elara was but a young girl, hair dainty and smooth, flowing in white. Her eyes purple, shone brightly with joy of the day that she could barely comprehend and her creamy yellow skin shone with the perfect dusting of pink. Truly a sight to behold. But despite his siblings greetings, his mind was still distracted by the open warmth that he craved to be held in. His mind was still imagining a fair albino boy who held the world on his shoulders. All he wanted was to see those silver eyes, to hold those soft hands, to wrap his arms around the delicately infrangible body of his Luna. But he couldn't do any of that, all he could do was wish. Elara smiled at him, not fully understanding what her brother was dreaming so contently about, but just barely being able to relate. She of course, despite not knowing it, craved for no less than what Killian dreamed of.

As the footsteps of Allegra approach, the siblings scurry away from their warm regrouping, retreating back to their rooms, not to leave until they were told to.

On Killians bed laid a formal black Hanfu with gold silk dragon embroidery. Just Killians size. Surely, his sisters and brothers would be wearing similarly traditional clothing, some might be in Kimonos some maybe in hanboks some in ao dais and others, like Killian, in the Chinese Hanfu, all depending on their birth origin.

Maids come in to prepare Killians hair and makeup, making sure he is the most beautiful he could possibly be, giving him eye contacts to make the shade of his eyes the same, as Lady Allegra has ordered. Twenty minutes later, he was clean, pristine and perfect. His Hanfu holding his Chinese origin whilst representing his zodiac place, his hair without a single strand our of place, his face reshaped by the art that is made of powders and creams, his tattoos covered by even more makeup, and his eyes even, not mismatched. No longer was there only a single blue eye and instead, was now in a pair.

By the time the finishing touches had been made, the gong signaling the new years celebration beginning had rung. The festival had begun, and only very few hours remained till the feast which he and his siblings were finally to reunite and meet with the one single person they loved unconditionally. But first, they had to sit obediently on display while ordinary humans gawked at their existence.
