This one is still a work in progress...but I think what I have so far is pretty good.
Now and then I think of everyone who traveled with me.
Right from the start when I was nine, until now.
And though we may have met by accident,
I was filled which guilt and abandonment.
So I decided to share with you my TARDIS.
Tell me why I couldn't keep you safe?
The daleks and the Cybermen aren't really the worse of what I've faced
I let you slip right through my arms,
I know I couldn't save you
You were forced to leave.
I've lost everyone who came with me,
To dark voids, memories, and angels that will force you back in time.
The space between us is like the Grand Canyon
It hurts to say but you're now one of my old companions.
Through the years I can recall the names if those who left me
Rose Tyler, Donna, Martha, Amy, Rory, and River.
But I don't wanna go on record
That's just the curse of the Timelord
Saying goodbye to everyone you know
Though it's really hard and it hurts there is a time when all your friends must go!
So yeah. Two verses and a chorus. Thoughts?
