Chapter XI

Sanji POV

The tears won't stop.. but why? Zoro was trying his best to comforting me. "I'm sorry." He whispered in my ear, his voice was low and calm which made my heart start pounding.

After a few minutes I pulled away from the hug.
"I-I think I'm okay now, thanks Zoro." I uttered, a smile light up on his face.

"Do you think Nami told everyone?" I sniffled trying to keep the tears from falling.

"No telling yet, you wanna continue where we left off or wait for a better time?" I shook my head.

"Another time, this kinda killed the mood." I chuckled, heading to the door with Zoro following not far behind.

We started making our way up to the deck. When we arrived we saw everyone talking and running around on the deck. Nami was over talking to Franky and Ussop.

I took out my packet of cigarettes and lit one and put it in my mouth.

"Hey look, it's Zoro and Sanji!" Luffy yelled down from on top of the flag post.

I just ignored him and started making my way to the kitchen should probably start on dinner it is getting pretty late.

I stumbled off to the kitchen and started preparing the food that I was going to make.

Time skip

There we go all done, now to just set the table and everything will be ready. I made my way over to the counter and grabbed seven plates making sure to place the neatly on the table.

After setting the table I went to the door and swong it open.

"Dinner is ready come and get some while it's still warm!" I yelled and everyone came running in.

They started gobbling down the food like a pack of wolves who just finished hunting a deer.

He's not here again. I clicked my tongue, I went over and grabbed Zoro's plate. I don't understand why he can't come down and eat with everyone else.

I started climbing up the crows nest with one hand.
"Hey marimo, I brought you some food." I peaked my head up into the nest.

I looked around for him but he wasn't there. Where could he be than?

I made my way back to the kitchen and swong open the door.

"Anyone know where moss head went off too?" I glanced around the room.

"He's not up in the crows nest?" Luffy asked still chewing his food.

"Nope I already checked." Knowing him he probably fell asleep some where.

I exited the room and started wandering around the ship looking for where he could be.

"Zoro! Zoro where are you!?" I got no response. I checked every where I could think of but still couldn't find where he was.

After awhile I gave up on my search, I figured he would show up sometime.

When I returned to the kitchen everyone had already finished there meals and left the place a mess. I sighed placing Zoro's food on the counter.

I started on the dishes but the thought of where he could be kept lingering in the back of my mind.

What if he fell of the ship and is now drowning!? I shooed that thought out of my mind, he couldn't be that stupid, could he?

After I finished with the dishes I dryed my hand on a towel. I yawned night time already? I started to make my way to the guys dormitory.

I opened the door to see everyone sound asleep, everyone was snoring and mumbling stuff in there sleep.

I crawled on top of my bunk and look over at Zoro's bunk, he wasn't there. Maybe I should go and look for him again?

I heard the door hinge creak open, my head shot up to see who it was. It was Zoro he had a bottle of sake in one hand.

"Hey moss head." I whispered, his eyes shot up to look at me.

"Where the hell have you been all evening?" I sat up dangling my feet off of my bed.

"I've been at the front of the boat." He talked in his normal toned voice.

"Keep your voice down your going to wake the others!" I whisper yelled at him.

He had the smug smirk on his face, which really pissed me off. "Fine do what you want to I'm going to bed."

I laid down and covered myself with the bed sheet.
I heard my latter start to creak.

"What are you doing, get down!" He put a finger up to his lips motioning me to be quite. What the hell is he thinking where going to get caught everyone is right next to us!

He lied down next to me on my bunk. I wouldn't admit it but his there was a warm feeling in my chest when he was next to me, it was some what comforting.

I turned away from him and faced the wall hoping that he would leave if I payed no attention to him.

I felt his hands rapping around my waist and pulling me closer to him.

My heart almost jumped out of my throat. I didn't say anything to stop him or try to shoo him away It felt nice to have someone snuggling up to me.

My thoughts where divided on one hand where going to get caught if he doesn't leave, but on the other hand it felt nice.

It's been about an hour of us laying in this position and I couldn't get a wink of sleep, I feared someone would wake up and see us like this.

"Hey Zoro you still awake?"

"Yeah I'm still up." I took a deep breath and released it.

"Do you mind if we sleep some where else besides in here?"

"Sure I don't mind." I felt his breath hit the back of my neck sending chills down my spine.

He released his arms from around my waist and got up, motioning me to follow.

We ended up in the kitchen. He laid down on the couch and started patting the space in-front of him.

My face felt hot and flushed I moseyed my was over to the couch and laid down trying my best not to touch him.

"Don't be so shy." He giggled, putting his arm around me snuggling up to my back. My heart picked up the pace.

We both fell asleep after sometime, and I could have been imagining it but I thought I heard him say I love you before I was over taken by sleep.
