Chapter 59: Apologize

"Okay, so how should I do this?" I ask myself as I sit on my bed with Sebastian on my chair in front of the bed.

"Why should you? they're trying to split us apart even though we were raised together as twins" He explains making me look up at him.

"I know Sebastian but did you hear what I said to Xavier? I can't believe I did that!" I say while putting my hands on my face.

"That's not weird is it? he's your brother and siblings fight all the time" Sebastian says, making me think. 'It sure is easy to forget that we're all just siblings in the end'.

"But still, he's super scary, like even after all this time i still get really intimidated by him" I say, wondering if i'm ever gonna be able to relax around my scariest brother.

"Yeah, that he is," Sebastian agrees.

"Maybe you should apologise then" Sebastian says, making me raise a brow.

"You're taking his side now?" I aks disappointed.

"No no but listen, he did say before that I could only stay temporarily and this is actually his house. So technically he hasn't lied or anything and he has every right to not let me stay here when he doesn't even know me" He explains leaving me unable to argue.

'As hard as it is to accept it, Sebastian's saying nothing else but facts here'.

"Yeah yeah i'll just have to apologize to him then" I say with defeat.

"That'll be fun to see, I mean you always did have a hard time apologizing to people let alone your oldest brother who seems to be even more difficult than normal people" He explains while trying to hide his amused smile. 'He's enjoying this...'.

"Let's just focus on our day and I'll apologise when the right time comes" I say getting up. "Mhmmm" He says sacasticly.

"So what should we do today then?'' Sebastian asks, getting slightly more excited.

"Let's bake cookies and then play truth or dare while we eat them" I say, feeling my mouth water for some delicious cookies right now.

"Isn't it gonna be awkward if we encounter one of your brothers while we bake?" He asks, looking a bit worried.

"Just act normal like nothing happened" I say, earning a loud sigh from my twin.

"That's your plan? you're just hoping they'll forget about your outburst aren't you" He says, more like a statement than a question. I shrug in response as we make our way towards the kitchen.

After literally walking like 10 meters, I notice Xavier on the other side of the hall walking towards us. I quickly turn around to run away before he notices me only for Sebastian to place his hand on my shoulder making me stop.

"Weren't we supposed to act normal? c'mon now sis let's say hi" He says teasingly.

"I am going to murder you" I whisper yell as i'm internely panicking. After continuing walking forward, my eldest brother notices my presens as my heart beat increases.

He stares into my eyes with his cold ones without even the slightest bit of emotion as I feel myself shivering from the sudden cold. 'Crap i can't take this, i have to apologise now'.

"Um Xavier?" I call out nervously as he just passed me and Sebstian. I hear his footsteps stop as I tilt my head towards him. He turns around looking coldly at me, sending shivers down my spine. 

"I um i- i just wanted t-to say... um that um i.." I try saying as I notice my twin standing beside me turning red as a tomato trying to hold back his laughter. 'I'm seriously gonna kill him after this'.
