He finally sighed, "Well, you're not going to like it."

"I don't have to like it," Mikey insisted, "Raph doesn't even chase me around anymore when I throw water balloons at him." He pouted.

"Why would you want him to?"

"It's just the whole messing around with each other thing, I make him mad, he tackles me and we fight a bit, but he's not, like, really angry. He gets annoyed at first but we're just play fighting in the end, 'cause we're brothers. It's not like that anymore. It's like he's afraid I'll start crying if he gets annoyed at me."

Donnie hummed. "Well, I think the only way for things to improve, is to just tell them. By coming to me you probably were trying to avoid that, thinking I'd come up with a different way since I'm smart, but really, talking to them is the only thing that will help them understand how you feel. It's your decision, but.... that's what my advice is."

"A lot of help that was..."

He sent Mikey a questioning look, which was returned by a nervous chuckle.

"Um, just kidding?" He rubbed the back of his head, smiling nervously.

Donnie smiled and shook his head, before returning to a more serious face. "I know its not what you want to do."

"It's fine, looks like I'll just have to get over it.... I just reaaallly don't wannaaa." He slumped over a bit, dramatically, letting his arms dangle almost to the floor.

"Well, the lucky thing is, you have time," Donnie said, as he swung back around to his desk, "You can do it whenever you want to. Just don't push it off for too long."

"Okay... thanks D."

Donnie smiled just slightly, "Anytime."

Mikey left the lab and went back to his room, flopping down onto his bed with a loud and kind of over-the-top sigh. He looked over at his painting and groaned, rolling away from it.

I have no motivation to finish that anymore, its prolly not even dry anyways, he thought to himself. I guess I'll have to talk to them... probably sooner rather then later and if I'm too lazy about it, Donnie might just tell em anyways, or make me tell them. I guess I should just get it over with. Fine. I'll do it tonight, after dinner.

I hope you liked the chapter! Its shorter than the last one, but I didn't want to keep y'all waiting too long, especially since I actually had motivation tonight, and the first book took a long time to complete because I rarely updated. I don't want to do that with this one, however, so here it is!

Also, I wanted to know if you guys had any questions from the last book or this book that you want an explanation for that I can put into the story, if that makes any sense. If you do, feel free to comment or pm me!

thank you so much for taking the time to read, comment, and vote!!

Love you guys!!
