Jong Woo checked his phone, looking down at the time, it was 11:23pm. He didn't wanna go back to that place. He knew he needed at least a couple hours of sleep to get up for the internship but he didn't want to enter that residence tonight. The thought loomed on him throughout the day, he could put up with his stuck up co workers but that place was different. There was a sick atmosphere, like there was something rotting inside the walls.

He huffed, debating whether to go back to the residence or walk around for a couple more hours. People were out clubbing but he had no money so that wasn't an option, plus he was 27 and that wasn't his scene anymore. He finally came to the conclusion that it would be better to go back there and get it over with so he can catch up on some sleep.

He turned the corner and began walking through a narrow street. After around 5 minutes of walking the residence was in sight, along with the stairs that led to it. He grazed his feet against the steps, hanging his head down low.

Suddenly, Ms Um barged through as he reached the top of the stairs.
"Handsome young man, handsome young man!" She called out to him, gripping his arm tightly.
"What? What is it?" He snapped, snatching her hand from his arm.

"Where have you been?" She questioned with the same fake grin she used frequently. Jong Woo let out a sigh and continued walking. "Anywhere but here.." he mumbled under his breath.

The next morning rolled around surprisingly quick, since most nights Jong Woo spent tossing and turning in his bed. He stretched out his arms and rubbed his neck. He threw on a new shirt that was hanging against the wall, smoothing his hair as he reached to open the door. He was immediately met with Moon Jo's villainous gaze. He jumped slightly at this unexpected sight.

"What the hell?!" Jong Woo yelled, no longer caring about making a scene.
Moon Jo smiled in retaliation. Something about his smirk was off putting to Jong Woo.
"I didn't mean to scare you, honey." He replied, the smirk still spread across his face.

Jong Woo attempted to push past Moon Jo but something was blocking him. Moon Jo's arm was resting against the door frame. And since Jong Woo was physically inferior compared to Moon Jo, he had no way of getting past.
"What is your problem?" Jong Woo shouted impatiently. His easy going facade was beginning to fade.

Moon Jo moved his arm from the door frame. He looked down for a moment, but soon lifted his head and met eyes with Jong Woo again. He smiled once more but this time with a slight nod, and began to back away from the doorway. Jong Woo took this as an opportunity to get out of the residence as quickly as possible. He sped out of there in a flash, not looking back as he left.

However, Moon Jo's eyes were still fixed on Jong Woo until he exited. He couldn't take his attention off of him, or maybe he just didn't want to. Either way, Moon Jo was intrigued by Jong Woo. And once he takes a bite, he never lets go.
