During a field trip at the museum, K.O has been seeing strange visions and he met a mysterious woman who warns him of a disaster, in which happens as villains has attacked the town and has spread across the world, in which was caused by the work of one of Boxman's superiors, Black Hat. While the chaos occurred and K.O was being chased by villains by order from Black Hat, he was taken by a child and old woman, who have granted him powerful demonic powers and says he is chosen for a great purpose. Now with his newly found powers, K.O must fight against villains and demons that have taken over the neutral and danger zone as he has to decide the fate of the world.
