Shin Hanran has lived a typical and normal civilian teenager life admiring heroes and the good in things, until one day when an traffic accident happened, Shin learned he possessed dark demonic powers and he was the half human son of the evil villain, Black Hat, who has also learned about that news and has taken it as a goal to capture Shin and have raise him into a villain and have him live the life of a villain. Shin must now go against his birthright and lineage as he travels away from home with his childhood friend, Sosuke Satomae, as they counter many villains to fight while running away from Heroes who mistake him for a threat.
