In the year 204X, K.O and Dendy's children, 15 year old son Kenji and 11 year old daughter Deko, have been transferred to the city of Neo Riot City, with their babysitter Erina as they learn to be heroes and handle the society of sinners and hellborns from Hell after their Princess Charlie had won the election of allowing hell residents live and visit Earth, and while handling the villain acts from the Black Hat Organization, and Kenji faces against Black Hat as he finds himself being friends with Charlie and her hotel staff, and forms a conflict with Black Hat's human demon hybrid son, Shin Hanran, as Kenji finds himself in possession of great power of a powerful demon he had within him from birth.
