'Drake. Come here.' Yelled as I read the entire thing. Apparently it was Birdie's diary. It gave a clear description of her meeting whit Drake and her frustration he didn't respond to her flirts. She described how much she loved Daniel and how she saw him as her own son. Unfortunately, she also described how she poisoned my food and how she was certain Drake would marry her when I died. The mutt has been taken to the hospital damn it. Now can't I continue. But don't worry as soon as she's back I'll go on. I will have the son and husband I begged for.

 Drake walked down the stairs and closet his bathrobe. 'I told you she was no good. I told you!' I screamed, at the edge of a nerves breakdown. Drake was shocked and took a step back 'What is that? Who upset you?' he asked, I could here the need to protect me in his voice, but didn't care. 'I told you. But you were to busy checking her out to listen to me.' Drake took a deep breath, walked up to me and grabbed my arms. His face was red in anger and his grip was firm 'I am listening to you, but do not accuse me of something you now, can't be true. Now I assume you're talking about Birdie. What is wrong? Did she heard you?!' I was taken aback by his firm voice and stepped back. I knew better than thinking he would cheat but still no need to yell.

I threw the book at his head and ran upstairs. I dropped myself on the bed and cried. It took Drake two seconds to grab the book and come after me. He lifted me and pulled me on his lap. 'What wrong?' I gestured at the book. He opened it and read. I could see his face change. 'I'm going to kill her.' He said. he got up but I grabbed his hand and pulled him down. 'No. we have prove lets just hand her to the cops. Drake nodded  and I called Birdie sweetly asking her to come home. Drake called the police and handed them the diary after checking the book, so there wouldn't be clues of were's or leeches. Then when Birdie came walking in. She was arrested.
