Now I know what you're thinking... how is this story sad? well if you only knew what happens later on it would make you cry. But you can thank @luvzelda for that and this story. Chapter 2
If there is any confusion, this first part is a dream and i will tell you when the dream is over.
I'm driving down the road, blaring music in the radio.
"I can't wait for you to be born little Ben," I say in a sweet voice that you would use to talk to puppies. And I look back up at the road when a truck hits us head on.
I wake up in a hospital, confused. I hear this voice, a voice I swear I've heard before, but I'm not quite sure.
"I'm sorry, sir, but the baby didn't make it," and after that, I hear these sobs escape from this man. I try to lift my head but groan in pain.
"Honey, are you okay?" he asks between sobs. It's Nate. My sweet Nate.
"Yeah I'm fine how is the baby?" I ask and he just shakes his head.
"Nate tell me," I'm now crying, scared of what the answer might be.
"Ben died shortly after the crash," He said the words every mother never wants to hear. I just sat there in shock. Then this beeping sound started to slow down.
"Elisabeth stay with me honey! I can't lose you too!" he was screaming and I was really trying to stay awake, but soon I stopped trying and just let go. End of dream.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" I woke up, screaming.
"Honey what's wrong?" Nate asks.
"Don't worry, sweetie. I'm not going anywhere," I promise, running to him.
"Okay, what happened in that beautiful head of yours?" he asked and I told him about my dream. After I finished telling him he just looked at me.
"That would never happen," he says, but how does he know that. It would be in the future right? Suddenly, Nate interups my thinking.
"Do you think this dream is a sign that your pregnant?" he asks and I shake my head.
"I don't know but it could be. I'll check," I say walking into the bathroom. One minute later I have the results.
"Nate sweetie it's..."
