ETHAN
Today is just another day, one week 'till the classes starts. I woke up early and got ready for my morning shift. I went to my small kitchen and reached out for a box of cereal and a glass of milk. After that, I took a quick bath and wore my clothes. The sun was just about to rise, the wind was cold and refreshing. I went outside and closed the gate of the apartment. I brought my bike with me and rode it.
I am driving against the refreshing wind of the morning breeze. The sun was slowly illuminating the vast sky. Hindi naman gano'n kalayo ang café na pinagtatrabahuhan ko dito sa bahay ko, it's also within Gangnam. I just use my bike to save time na rin.
This is the daily life in Gangnam, one of the busiest place in Korea.
Sir Dong Heo-suk is the owner of La Café. He's a 22 year-old businessman, a pure Korean citizen. He is 6 feet tall, bagsak ang itim niyang buhok at nangungusap ang itim niyang mga mata. He has a well-built physique and some of our customers were visiting this café just to see him. Sir Heo-suk is undeniably attractive, he's also kind not just to the customers but also to his employees.
"Good morning, Geum-shi!" Yes, he knows how to speak in English. Sabi ko naman na I can speak and understand Korean but he insisted on communicating with me using English language. He said that he wanted to train himself para kapag nagka-international branch ang La Café ay hindi na raw siya mahihirapang makipag-usap.
"Good morning, seonsaengnim!" pagbati ko pabalik.
I sighed.
"What's the matter, Ethan? Are you okay? Need medicine?"
"I-I'm okay, I'll get back to work." Hayst! Ito na naman ako! Ethan, pull yourself together! Tinapik ka lang, okay?
By the way, I am Geum Ga-eul, but I go by the name Ethan. A half-Filipino, half-Korean citizen. I have been living alone in a small apartment for almost two years.
I can't say anything, he's undeniably handsome.
