Previously on The opposite Way...

Izuku revealed that they had future plans to attack 1-A at a camping trip that seemed to be planned ahead of time. But before they can do anything about that they planned to watch the school sports festival to get a better idea of the students quirks. At the very sports festival Bakugo spoke out in front of everyone that he was going to find izuku and force him to tell him why he became a villain. Will that happen before izuku can finish what he has planned?

The students all stood in confusion trying to make sense of what bakugo just said while the determination in the students eyes of 1-A just got fiery. This was going to be a fierce festival indeed. 

"With that being said let the sports festival begin!" Midnight swung her flag she had commencing the festival. As she explained the first round Milly walked through the bar door and slammed a huge sack onto the bars counter. 

"you sure were busy, whats in the bag?" I got up from the chair i was sitting in a walked up to the bar to get a closer look. 

"I was running a bit low on money, cause someone decided to steal all my paychecks" Milly looked at me with a look that showed she was directing that at me i just shrugged my shoulders in acknowledgement that i was guilty. 

"So, i decided to go get some more. This should be able to last us for a while since my store just seems to never be enough for us." Milly complained as she opened the sack and showed lots of hundred dollar bill stacks. Right when she did shigi came from behind the curtain with a phone in his hand, playing the news. 

"Hey i think orange top just robbed a ban-" He stopped mid sentence when he saw the stack of money on the bar counter and me and Milly standing by it. He looked at us with a "are you serious" look. 

"Never mind." Shigi rolled his eyes and sat down in the chair i was sitting in before. I looked at the t.v and noticed that all the students were running, they were racing to a finish line. The fight between bakugo, todoroki and iida was intense as the continually try to get ahead of each other with their quirks and all i can do is laugh cause i know i would have been doing the same if i was still there. 

"Wanna bet?" Milly looked at me with a devous look in her eyes, i knew were she was taking this. 

"What're the stakes?" I answered giving her the same look. 

"How much you got on you?" Milly answered. I looked through my pockets and pulled out 30 bucks. I slammed it onto the counter giving milly a good look at my three ten dollar bills. 

A/N : i know this is japan and its supposed to be yen but i really don't feel like changing the currency to the yen value, so bills is what i write.

"okay, i'll put in 1,000, only if you bet your slave services for a week." Milly slammed a stack of one hundred buck on to the counter, giving me ehr terms for all that. 

"my slave service? isn't that a little much?" I responded tempeteing her for her reaction. 

"not for a thousands bucks i risk my ass for." Milly answered, letting me know that i was going to win this. 

"Alright fine, shigi you want in on this too?" I asked turning around to see he response. 

"no way, that's a complete  waste of time, only idiots will be doin that." We looked at shigi for a while until he dug in his pocket and pulled out a 40 and slammed it on the table i front of him, while rolling his eyes of course.  

"Hell yeah this is finally getting interesting."  Milly yelled getting kurogiri's attention form behind the curtain. 

"What's going on?" Kurogiri aksed, pulling the curtain and entering the room we we're in. 

"we're betting on who'll get first place." milly explain hoping to get him to join. 

"really? shall i join, sounds like it might be a rush to feel." Kurogiri pulled out 80 bucks and set it on the counter.  

"i didn't know you were a betting man mist dude." milly said counting up all the money in total. 

"i'm not, but i gt a feeling i'll enjoy it." We all set in our bets, milly on iida, shigi on bakugo, and kurogiri's on todoroki. 

"alright izuku whats your bet?" everyone looked at me and i smiled knowing exactly what was going to happen. 

"A tie, between todoroki and ka-chan."  Milly stopped and looked at me confused. 

"really? are you sure because i don't think they'll be able to tie with how they're going.i wouldn't count on that bet." Milly said putting all the money in the pile. 

"I'm not counting on it, i know it."I sat down i the bar stool keeping my eyes on the small t.v screen. everyone follows along, waiting for their bet to win. 

we watch iida zoom across the small rope, and bakugo blast his way through it, and todoroki make a ice bridge giving himself a easy way over. We all stay tense, well not me of course. 

As we all pay attention to the race i still look at all the students using their quirks, how they use it, and what they used it for. The students arrived at a land mine field giving the race more intensity. 

"This will be hard to get across by running but i'll still make it enough for me to get first place." Iida prepared himself to run while todoroki made on ice path across to slide on by, whie abkugo use his explos flying teqies to blast by. 

"IM GETTING FIRST PLACE!" Bakugo yelled as he flew above the minefield, taking fist place to himself. Todoroki frowned and started to use more iced making him go faster and taking the first place from bakugo, Iida was to preoccupied with the land mines he wasn't able to stay first place. The race was close for a while until todoroki took first place close to the finish line. 

"kurogiri, well for not being a betting man i seem to have some luck." Kurogiri said getting u and starting to take the money. and milly grunting in disappointment

"i wouldn't be so sure to take that money so early."  I said laughing under my breath.

"its not over until its over." I smiled as i continued to watch the screen.  Everyone looked at the screen and noticed bakugo acting weird. 

"I'M GONNA BE FIRST PLACE!" Bakugo with the last of his strength made a huge explosion causing him to propel at a accelerating pace. catching up with todoroki and tieing with him at the last minute. Everyone looked at me in awe, trying to figure out how'd i know what was going to happen. 

"HOW!?" milly ecalmed as she watch me stack the money and take it into hand. 

"How did you know what was going to happen?" kurogiri asked. 

"Cause i trusted bakugo's guts, and todoroki's quirk, and me trusting someone means that it will win." I laughed counting up the money. 

"what are you even gonna spend that money on, probably something stupid like more not books" milly pouted after losing when she felt like she was gonna win. 

"aucally, this will be for equipment for our mission we have to some, and the same goes for 80% of that money stack you got there." I answered. 

"WHA- okay fist of all not fair, and third of all why'd you bet if you knew the money was for jobs anyways!?" milly yelled.

"I don't know, maybe to prove to myself that i know my old friends well enough." I said walking behind the curtain, leaving everyone in the room with questions that won't be answered. 

Since when have i been so trustful in them? All of them are just quirk obsessed fools that have no clue what the real world is like. Maybe it was the slight belief that maybe i liked them while i was there, maybe it was the mastermind i have and calculating the statistics. But they have neve been my freinds.
