chapter 7

Flashbacks :

It's all started after Avni completing her 1 and half month in the Sinha group at that time Mr Sinha is not present in his office.  He is busy supervising his Dubai branch. after he came back to India he got to know
about new assistants are appointed in the designing field.

After coming back the first thing he does is he take a meeting with new employees, discuss with them the policy and other terms of company, clear their all doubt and appoint them in his new project.

Mr Sinha is very prompt in his work, he never underestimates anyone, his dedication towards his goals is on another level, his passion, and the main thing he believes in is group work, his trust towards his employees, always considers them like his own family and maybe that's the one thing helps him to grow his business.

New employees:
• Avni Mehta
• Naina Mehra (a good friend of avni)
• Siya Tripathi (she don't like avni)
• Abhishek Mishra (Always trying to came in good books of others)

Rishabh Sinha: so all thing is clear my friends from tomorrow onwards you all start your work on miss Leena's hotel project.
Do all clear?
All: yes sir
Mr Sinha: All alright.
And miss avni and miss siya you two first saw all things only after that you two start bcoz I got to know you don't have that much experience. Right?
Avni & Siya: yes sir.

Their work is going smoothly but the one thing not going good the tension between avni and siya.
At first, siya doesn't like avni bcoz sir always give praise to Avni nor her and avni is quite famous than her.

There is the rule in their department that at least two members have to give a presentation on the new resources which help to build their companies growth and attracts the people by their designing ideas. And like this, today's turn is Abhishek and siya. Mr Sinha gave them the responsibility of a new project. 
Their topic is the interior design of a hotel and they started to explain this and after that when they tried to show it visually their presentation didn't show on the screen. Just like they didn't even create it and it looks like they make some excuses to run from today's situation.
And top of that miss Leena and other business partners also present their bcoz today's topic is related to their new project. But these two spoil the whole presentation.
Siya: Abhishek please check it again I think you saved it on another drive. Check it again. (In Low voice)
Abhishek: No siya I checked all drives but the file is not available.
Both got tensed.

Miss Leena: Mr Sinha I think you don't want this project. Otherwise, you would not have hired staff who could not make a simple presentation. I'm sorry to say but I can't take any risk with my project.

Rishabh: I'm apologetic miss Leena for whatever happens here but please don't make any decision in hurry. please give us some time and I'll make sure this time nothing like that happen.

Miss Leena: I know Mr Sinha you never do anything wrong. you are very punctual with your work. But mr Sinha please forgive me this time I don't want to continue it.

Rishabh: but.....

Miss Leena: please mr Sinha not this time.

Miss Leena is about to go from there that time Avni and Naina came there.

Avni: presentation is here.

Naina: sorry for the inconvenience.   

Leena: From where did you guys get this?

Avni: we found it on a pen drive which is kept on Siya's desk. Maybe she accidentally picked up the wrong pen drive.

Rishabh: miss Leena, pardon us for whatever happens here but please give us one chance to present our ideas to you. 
I'm sure you will like this idea. Please give us one chance. 

Leena: You don't have to feel bad mr Rishabh. And yes I and my team would like to know about your ideas.  Please show us.

Rishabh: ohkk then Here we go. Avni, please.

Avni: sir me how can I? No sir sorry but I can't. It's Siya and Abhishek work and I don't have any right on this.

Rishabh: Please I don't want to make another mistake now.  And it's my order ok?
Avni: oo..ohkk sir.

Avni is in anxiety now. How will she present this? She didn't even know the whole concept of this presentation and top of that it's Siya's and Abhishek work how could She does this with them. It's wrong according to her. But she can't even say no to her boss. Without any option, she unwillingly goes towards Siya's and Abhishek and said sorry to them and start the presentation.

After that avni is presenting the project very nicely and all are praising her.
Miss Leena also like it and she acclaimed avni.

But the two people didn't like it. They are none other than Siya and Abhishek.
According to their point of view, it's their right to be praised, it's their hard work but what do they receive in return? Nothing.

Rishabh:  Do you have two interests to explain to me how all this happened?
How your's file suddenly vanished

Siya: we don't know sir how all this happen. I checked this all before the meeting but I don't have any idea how this all is happen. 
We were sorry sir.

Abhishek: sorry sir because of us our company's impression got down.

Rishabh: hmm what to say now. Some things we can't change afterwards. It's okay. But remember all of you that never do such things in future, first you have to be sure about your work then present it.
Is that clear to all? 

All: yes sir.

Rishabh: and Avni first of all thank you because of your help we got this project. You analyse all points and explain them in this short period is a very big thing.

Siya's pov:  avni...Avni...Avni
I'll not leave you Avni. Just because you all are saying bad about me. Even sir too.
I do all work on this project. I prepared it without Abhishek's help bcoz he's not interested in it. I give all my time on it and the credit goes to avni.
Ahhhhh.... (She is Frustrated)
I will not leave you avni. You just wait and watch avni just wait. 
I'm sure you did that. You remove that Pendrive bcoz you want everyone's attention. 
You want attention right then wait I'll give you that.
Now I got it.  Yesterday you came to see how the presentation is going so you came to see what are points and all details.
