Mid morning Klaus was standing outside the study balcony Hayley's coffee mix in hand gazing at the colour, movement, smells and sounds on Bourbon street feeling deep satisfaction to being in the real world and back home in New Orleans, his Family safe and joyful, to once again being together, but different this time they had all lost so much and were united in that they did not want bad times to befall them again, Klaus had killed most of his enemies when he was exiled with the Hollow if not all, to keep Hope and memoryless Elijah safe he would ask Kol and Finn to do an enemy locating spell once they became Witch Hybrids just to check and remove any threats seeing as Hayley and He would be creating a pack of Tribrids he did not want his future children to be caught up in his past deeds, he was astounded that the beautiful, strong accomplished Woman would want that many children with him, his heart filled with Love for her, at her acceptance of him the diabolical, ruthless, the monster, Klaus Mikaelson, but Hayley more than any other and Hope to a degree knew his vulnerabilities and fears and accepted them didn't use them against him, pushed back and stood up to him when needed but never walked away never let him walk away, and did not play bloody games with his emotions, it was a revelation for him.

"Klaus" Marcel stepped out on the balcony joining him.

"Good Morning Marcel what brings you to me full of tension" Klaus smirked.

""Overnight and in the early hours of this morning we have had over a hundred new Vampires enter New Orleans wanting to make the city their home base word has gone out that the Originals are back and something about the Prophecy, Rebekah has explained The Emotional Bloodline and The First being reborn, the uniting of all Supernaturals how should I handle this?"

"You are Head leader of the Vampires Marcel and I assume Josh will be your second in this, I will step in as you need me, You are a fine leader Marcel, Finn and Elijah will start enacting Old World Law to the Supernaturals of New Orleans and Louisiana it would be wise for the Mikaelsons to purchase all the Land behind the Shipping Docks there is a large parcel of land there and we start the construction  of a Supernatural gathering place."

"Already done Brother" Elijah stated as he and Finn stepped out on the balcony to join them.

"We have purchased section 99 to 150 of the shipping dock yard it is a seperate section out on its own from the main section of the shipping docks with a private access road with over 200 acres of empty land behind it. Behind the Loading sheds we can build a meeting place for each Faction along with a one large gathering building to hold all Supernaturals for meetings and gatherings, a Supernatural Library of Supernatural history, a fight ring for Vampires a fight ring in the Wolf section. The front of the sheds spelled and the entrance into the Supernatural world behind it will be through shed 123 all other shed doors sealed from the front to maintain the facade of Docking loading sheds" Finn explained.

"Work has started and we need a Meeting of all the Supernaturals beings of New Orleans Women, Men and all the children so their Meeting House Buildings can be discussed upon, I have Proceeded with the printing of Old World Law Principles Book and we should have the books finished in 3 days I have asked Rebekah to overlook the booking of the New Orleans Conference Centre for this meeting , explain Old World Law hand out the Books and start enacting Old World Law throughout New Orleans."

"I have never seen you excited Elijah about anything, your whole body is vibrating with it man" Marcel chuckled.

"My Brother has been waiting for this time for 950 years Marcel, Well done Brothers it would seem you have this all in hand and does the rest of the Family know of these plans" Klaus asked.
