REAL WORLD

Hayley's eyes snapped open to darkness and into the the beautiful blue eyes of her Daughter who was on her knees next to the bed, hands and forearms resting in front of he, Hope's face close to Hayley's.

"What is it baby girl?" Hayley asked her voice soft with concern.

"Can I get in with you?" Hope whispered teary.

"Can you spell some pjs on your Dad and I first?" Hayley said with a smile.

Hope giggled and waved her hands in front of herself, and there was a low hum of magic, then the doona lifted, and Hope slide into the bed, facing her Mom putting her arm over her Mom and Dad.

"I woke up and thought I had dreamt that you both were here, I had to come and check, to see if you were real." Hope whispered.

"I know it will take some time getting used too, sweetheart, and we are here and together, we were always stronger together, and will be again." Hayley said, stroking Hope's back up and down soothingly.

"Always and Forever." Hope vowed softly with a smile.

"Always and Forever baby girl, go to sleep sweetie, moving day tomorrow" As Hayley held her Daughter close.

Hope softly giggled again,"If people could see the way the Great Evil of the world snuggles into you to sleep they would be shocked"

Hayley, a soft smile to her lips, "It's the Wolf in him, very few see this side of your Dad Hope, they just believe the one dimensional stories, we both know your Dad is deep as an abyss," Giving Hope a kiss, "Goodnight, and I love you sweetheart."

"Goodnight I love you both too," Hope said, and let out a satisfied sigh.

Klaus opened his eyes, the room lit with light from behind the curtains, he could scent his littlest wolf raising his head and peering over Hayley's shoulder the sight of of his Daughter cuddled into her Mother, their noses nearly touching, their long hair splayed out over the pillow, their high cheekbones in profile, their defined jawlines, he was awed at the beauty before him, they were so alike, he would paint this scene when they got back home to the Compound. 

He leaned in kissed Hayley on the cheek then his littlest wolf's cheek detangled himself stood and walked to the bathroom smirking at the pj pants black with figures of white wolves in a running motion, Klaus showered and dressed, he left the bedroom heading to the kitchen and making the coffee mix Hayley had invented and one for Rafeal who was walking in, showered and dressed.

"Morning Klaus, is Hope in there with Hayley?"

"Good morning Rafael, Hope came in late last night thinking she had dreamt us, Hope and her Mother are still sleeping," handing Rafael the coffee he had made him.

"Thanks Klaus this is a great mix, it will take awhile for you and Hayley being really here for it to sink in for Hope"

"I know," Klaus murmured back heading out the balcony doors and sitting in the morning light.

The boxes and furniture had been loaded by the removalists and the van was on it's way to storage in New Orleans, Hope and Raf following in the car behind Klaus and Hayley, they would be in New Orleans mid afternoon.

Entering the Quarter and parking outside the  Compound, they all got out of their cars, Hope and Rafael with their luggage, Klaus and Hayley helping them, they all entered the Compound to hugging and kissing and high spirits of all the Mikaelson's within, the kids crazed with excitement.
