(Tubbo's POV)

The same reason that Tubbo has so many more burn scars than he should is the same reason he's blind. It was purely an accident. It was never supposed to happen. Having recently been appointed President of L'Manberg, Tubbo's been busy. So Tommy decides to take Tubbo out on a day to relax with Fundy and Big Q. Unfortunately, all it takes is one stray creeper to change his life forever.

"Tubbo! Bee Boy! Get over here!" Tommy yelled, waving his hands. Tubbo couldn't help but roll his eyes as he walked down the newly built walkways of L'Manberg. The country was nearly finished with rebuilding, though expansion and new features most certainly needed to be added.

Tommy stood, waiting impatiently for Tubbo to reach him, Fundy, and Big Q near the entrance to L'Manberg.

"Hey Tubbo," Fundy said.

"'Sup boss," Big Q greeted.

"Hey guys," Tubbo replied with a smile. "You gonna join us?"

"Duh," Quackity said. "Who knows what trouble you two would get into without some adult supervision."

"Really?" Tommy grumbled. "Fundy's our age. And he's my nephew."

"Don't make it weird," Fundy chided. "I'm still older than you."

Tubbo snickered. "You guys really can't stop arguing for two seconds, can you?"

Quackity snorted. "Of course we can. I just don't have the self-restraint to deal with the child right now."

"Stop calling me a child!" Tommy yelled. He was half surprised that steam didn't start streaming from his best friend's ears.

Tubbo took the trio and dragged them out of the boundaries of L'Manberg and out into the lands of the SMP. The wilderness was technically property of Dream and his friends, but as long as they didn't damage the wild, they turned a blind eye to them.

It was a good thing too, because Tubbo hadn't thought to bring his registration papers or cards with him.

They traveled for a good hour, supposedly headed towards one of Tommy's favorite places to unwind.

Tubbo sighed, carefully rubbing his neck. The side of his face and his neck were still tender, and would probably scar from his execution at the festival. But they weren't as bad as they could'v've been, and he was thankful for that.

"Are we almost there?" Fundy asked with a sigh.

"Yup!" Tommy exclaimed cheerfully. The traveling didn't seem to get to him. "Just in this forest actually."

The four of them pushed through the foliage with Tommy in the lead. Once he stopped, Tubbo was pretty impressed.

"You know, this is pretty impressive. I wasn't expecting this," Quackity said, leaning over the small drop off to observe the area better.

"What? I told you it was a good place to rewind."

"By rewind, I kinda pictured you blowing up things with TNT or throwing knives at pictures of Dream."
