"And I don't understand, baby why can't you
Wait for me
Wait for me,"

"I don't know what you're talking about," Lucinda said as they continued to sway in each other's arms.

"Wait for me
Wait for me,"

"No need to play dumb with me. Your secrets are safe with me. Trust me; I do amazing with secrets," Damon said with a wink as they continued to dance.

"How long have you known?" Lucinda asked.

"Since the moment I saw you, and you told me you were married to Benjamin. I knew at that moment I needed more background info about you," Damon said as they danced.

"What happened between the two of you?" Lucinda asked.

"Along complicated story that I think it will be best if he explained," He said. Just as they were dancing, Lucinda felt a tug around her waist, and she was being pulled back.

"Oh, way to ruin the fun, Benjamin," Damon said.

"You're enjoying this, aren't you?"

"Every millisecond of it,"

"Didn't I tell you to stay away from her?"

"Well, it's very hard. I just couldn't keep my distance," Damon said.

"Try harder,"

"Oh Benjamin, if the lady had a problem, I'm sure she would've said something m. Now relax and let me continue my dance,"

"You aren't continuing anything because we're leaving," Benjamin said, motioning for the exit.

"But, I-," Lucinda said before Damon cut them off.

"Of course, you're leaving like always. That's all you ever do, Benjamin. Run, run, run. JUST FACE IT," Damon said.

"Oh, you wanna talk about running? Because we can," Benjamin said, now getting all up in Damon's space.

Damon shoved him, and Benjamin pushed him. Soon the boys were breaking into a fight until Lucinda tried to come in between and stop the both of them.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Suddenly, everything went silent, and all Lucinda could hear was ringing in her ear. Her ears then began hearing screaming and crying. Next, she saw people running in all kinds of directions.

Lucinda turned and found Benjamin lying on the floor with blood going through his suit.

"NO, NO," Lucinda yelled as she bent down and pulled Benjamin onto her lap. She saw his eyes clothes, and she shook his face for him to open his eyes.

"SOMEBODY HELP," Lucinda yelled as she looked back at Benjamin, who could barely keep his eyes open.

"Benjamin, I'm sorry. I should've listened to you. We should have stayed. Please, stay with me," Lucinda said as tears now began running down her face and onto his chest.

He lifted his hand a little and cuffed her cheek.

"For whatever it matters, I liked you," Benjamin said as his eyes close. Lucinda began breathing heavily and sobbing out of control.
